Unfortunatly, things do not always go to plan and we did inform you that your order was going to be delivered a day late because the item was taking longer than expected at hallmarking which is a process we have to impliment under the Hallmarking act 1973. The 3 stone ring I ordered had lovely stones, but, in my opinion, not enough weight of gold to carry it. I returned it.

I sent my engagement ring to be repaired due to a claw breaking, I was kept updated all the way through the process when it was received and when it was ready to send back, I received it back within a week and the ring looked brand spanking new. Very happy with the service, thank you for fixing my gorgeous ring in perfect timing for my wedding day! :)

Posted out a ring to be repaired/quoted on a Monday and it was back to me by Friday the same week, beautifully repaired, cleaned and polished. Communication at every step was excellent and cost represented good value

My wedding ring snapped
My wedding ring snapped by the wish bone and it was only 2 years old, it was only covered by warranty for 12 months from where I bought it. I contacted moissanite direct and they couldn’t repair my ring but instead sent me a brand new ring. I was overjoyed and very pleased with the quickness and replacement and was kept informed by email along the stages thank you again .

In regards to the delivery of your order, this was Royal Mail and the parcel should have been signed for or a photo taken in the handover of the parcel to someone at your address, however please rest assured that if your parcel did go missing we would of happily replaced the item for you and we would have taken this up with Royal Mail ourselves.
