Engagement ring
I ordered a ring off the website, asked for it to be delivered for a specific date, had communicated with Louise regarding the delivery and had a responses quickly, so already they have great communication. Lovely company to deal with and the quality of their jewellery is unbelievable!
What beautiful craftsmanship the ring exceeds my expectations it's so beautiful I'm in awe with it, I can't wait to give it to my partner she is going to love it!!
It is packaged well and the box it comes in is also very beautiful!

Absolutely amazing
Almost all responses were within a day, and if there was a reason for a delayed response I was made aware of beforehand. Extremely helpful with my custom design and even provided advice/suggestions for improved functional quality. I needed the ring before a certain date and they delivered well in advance, And most importantly……I LOVE THE RING! Honestly cannot stop looking at it, Ellie did an amazing job putting the design together (which looked amazing) and the Ring turned out even better than that! 100000% recommend.

Repair and replacement for diamond ring
Having lost the diamond from my engagement ring I decided to get it replaced with moissanite instead. I had all three of my rings re Rhodium plated and polished, and a new setting with a moissanite on the engagement ring. Exceptionally quick service and they were returned in a lovely box.
So reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend moissanite UK. Already thinking of other jewellery I fancy!
