Beautiful emerald cut moissanite ring
to replace the almost identical one that I lost . To be perfectly honest they are so very similar and my original engagement ring was a real diamond. The brilliance of the moissanite is marvellous, time will tell if it keeps the sparkle it has now. I have read reviews which all say that the sparkle & brilliance of the moissanite surpasses the real diamond. I will reserve judgement for now.

Bought a beautiful ring and it far exceeded any expectation I had

Service was good and it arrived when they said. The workmanship is excellent and although I haven't tested the stones yet they look right.
I bought a ring from them many years ago when they first started and it seems as though their standards are still high. I would buy from them again.

Just received my ring back after repair. Absolutely first class service from Louise and the team at Moissanite UK. Louise answers all emails very quickly and keeps you in the loop with the progress of the repair. She is extremely professional. My ring is like brand new . I sent it special delivery on 15th August and I now have it back on my finger 8 days later . It would have been 5 days if I had noticed the email Louise sent early Friday afternoon. Can not recommend this company enough for their beautiful products and aftercare service .

I bought an full eternity ring a few years ago which is beautiful. Unfortunately when I was moving a box my hand and ring was crushed . I contacted the help desk and they talked me through the process with a quote to repair and how to send it back . Within days it was returned to me like brand new , in a lovely box .

Ordered the princess cut 1caret gold band to replace an engagement ring that had been damaged cannot believe how close this is to the real thing and probably better looking stone than we could afford in diamond also realy quick and imformed delivery, Thank you.

My review is for the customer service I received from Louise then Ellie in her absence as the ring I ordered did not meet my expectations.

Louise has very good communication skills and responded to every email within a really good timescale.

Ellie took over communicate at the returns stage as Louise was on AL at that time and although our communication time was brief, I found her to be polite and professional. Her support with my return was very much appreciated as it wasn't a straight forward return.
