Ordered and received my ring within a few days, it was beautifully presented and stunning but the stone I chose had a green tint which did not sit well with my eternity ring. Called and spoke with Steve who said no problem, send it back and he would upgrade the stone at a minimal cost. This was all done within 7 days. I was kept updated on the progress and I am absolutely delighted with both my ring and the service I received. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ordered an engagement ring 3 weeks ago (15 working days) and it arrived just as they said it was. Sent an email after 2 weeks just to get an update, got a reply almost straight away with news on the ring. And then a few days later received a tracking number for next day delivery.

The ring is stunning, emerald cut, excellent cut, 2ct vvs1, colour grade D. Fits perfectly and the band itself is flawless.

I recommend buying from here as communication was great (received enthusiastic responses when emailing) and the packaging is spot on too. Wasn't expecting it.

I emailed this company asking for help and prices to fit a new stone, I got a reply within 24hrs from a very helpful lady called Louise, she was very helpful, nd emailed me the price, and what they would do once they received the ring once I posted it I got another email stating they received it and it was going to get repaired checked nd cleaned, I would say from me sending and getting back took about 3 days if that, I was very impressed with the service and I would definitely use them again

Just one wish, please please produce a Moissanite ALEXANDRITE or ANDALUSITE (you've guessed , I'm not keen on common sapphires rubies or emeralds) and possibly produce richly coloured Aquamarines, Topaz or Morganite, if so I'll start saving now. My ring needed a small repair and a small gem replaced. The communication with Louise was excellent and I had instructions on how to send my ring and how much it would cost for the repair, very reasonable price i might add. Louise emailed me to tell me my ring was ready and dispatched it at time suitable for me.
WELL!! When I got my ring back it looked like new, all cleaned and polished and repaired to perfection. I cannot fault any part of the process.

Moissanite have been exceptional! I purchased an engagement ring in 2019 and recently purchased a fitted wedding ring to go alongside. The initial purchase needed resizing and, at one point, had to undergo a repair. The customer services team were excellent at all times; professional, compassionate and swift. A wonderful experience at all times. It also helps that their rings are beautiful and went down a dream with my fiance and everyone she decides to show it off to.
