Had a service today, The engineer Richard Lawrence was very helpful and knowledgeable with our Water Softener…very professional service!!

Excellent service from a trusted company. Dave W was the engineer who repaired my out-of-warranty water softener. He was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. I finally learned about the water softener after 8 years! I can recommend this company.

DAVE W,our engineer turned up today service our water softener only to find it was needed several new parts so we went for the option of a new one after 12 years service DAVE had a struggle on his hands removing the old and replacing the new one,what a fantastic job he done he went above and beyond, just wanted to say a big thank you,

Contacted the friendly helpful agents at Monarch, booked a convenient appointment. On the day Richard arrived during the time slot I was texted the night before.
He was polite and professional, carried out the service quickly to ensure minimal disruption to the water supply.

We had a Dave W visit us today to upgrade our Scaleout from the SXP22 to the new Advance SA-22. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend Dave W as a knowledgeable and competent installer.

Second time that Richard has serviced our softener. Both times he completed the job quickly and efficiently, within a couple of hours, and despite cats and dogs trying to get involved!

We had a fault our water softener, Dave W. The Monarch engineer phoned to say he was in the area and could he come ahead of schedule which was fine. On arrival he quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it, on completion he cleaned the machine and left our utility room clean and tidy.
Dave was very courteous and explained fully what he was doing throughout the process.

I had a problem with my water softener, which was out of warranty. Monarch responded very promptly and arranged for an engineer's visit. I was delighted Richard Lawrence was able to come so quickly. He was very thorough, he answered all my many questions, he did a fantastic job and sorted it all out. Marvellous. Brilliant service!

I rang Monarch this morning as our ten year old Monarch softener had stopped working. They arranged for an engineer to visit in just over three weeks as they are very busy. At lunchtime their engineer, Dave W rang saying he was in the area and could visit shortly. We gratefully accepted and he arrived within half an hour, confirmed our old softener needed replacing and fitted a new one. His friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service was much appreciated.
