I have a moon pod and crescent that needed additional filler. I love the moon pod. Most comfortable seat in the house! I bought one bag of filler and was able to refill both the crescent and the pod. The instructions for filling were excellent and we followed them to the "T". Now my pod and crescent are even more comfortable. Thanks!

Amazing customer experience!
Amazing experience! Phenomenal customer treatment! I ordered a moon pod and pillow online. Tracking was provided and the product arrived within five days. The only downside was the matching pillow did not have the pillowcase in the color that I requested. I sent an email into the moon pod customer service center and within 30 minutes they responded and corrected the issue immediately! The product is amazing but their customer service team put it over the top for me and my family! Thank you so much for the great experience!

I was missing the moon pod sleeve in my order. As soon as I contacted Moon Pod, Cyrelle instantly responded to my email and the sleeve was resent to me that same day. I assembled my super moon pod as soon as I got the sleeve.

I have experienced excellent customer service from the Moonpod company, I'm not the best when it comes down to technology and they were very patient and helpful. The moonpod is very comfortable and high recommend it. The footstool and arm and headrest truly complete the experience.

This product is so worth the money
This product is so worth the money. I have back and neck issues and I could sit in it forever and it didn't hurt me. My only issue was I do wish it was higher off the ground. If they ever come out with something for it to sit in to make it higher off the ground I'd buy it. But again as far as comfy and not hitting pressure points it was amazing. Great amazing product and the lady I've dealt with was just as amazing, Cyrelle. Thank you for all your help and kindness. This company is lucky to have you with them.....

I appreciate his diligence and his patience in assisting me in resolving the issue with my email address on file with Moonpod. My Super Moon pod experience
My Super Moon pod was shipped under filled and I contacted support, sent pictures to confirm this was the issue and was promptly reissued a new super moon pod. I am extremely happy with their handling of this matter and resolving my issue in a timely manner. I am excitedly waiting for my new Super moon pod!!

Love the Pillow and Customer Service
The moonpillow has been absolutely amazing, sleeping so much better because of it. Cradles the head perfectly.
As for customer service I had bought 2 pillows, one arrived, one seemed like it had gotten lost in the mail (tracking hadn't updated in 4 weeks). When I pointed out the issues to customer service they took over and sent me out another pillow due to the issues. It arrived promptly like the first one had.
But sending the extra pillow because of USPS issues was amazing and won a customer for life

I've wanted a moon pod since this came on the market. And I am glad I got one, love it! It's no ordinary bean bag chair. It is so comfy! And when I ordered my moon pod with the Crescent, I accidentally order to extra items. I immediately contacted customer service and they got back quickly. Hiyezel was helpful in the return process of these two items every step of the way. Really made it easy to deal with customer service. Every time I sent an email I got a reply quickly. Customer service is great here. It would be nice to deal with customer service like this for all things in life. Hiyezel

One of my items was shipped incorrect (color). I contacted customer where Hiyezel took may case. She provided an outstanding and exceptional customer service. She kept me in the loop as my case was being addressed and notified me as soon as a resolution had been reached.
