Life Changing
I wanted to thank you guys for such a wonderful, life changing product. I ordered the crescent pillow a few weeks ago and it has saved my life. I couldn't sit on my couch or in my bed because my vertebrae would compress down on themselves and then would become inflamed and swollen. It got so bad that I wouldn't be able to walk easily for hours. (Chronic illnesses are so fun sometimes)With the pillow, I have something to lean against and support my spine. I am no longer waking up in crippling pain and now even have a way to relieve some of it after work. If I could get away with it, I would be perfectly ok being the person who carries around a pillow everywhere they go. God knows I have it with me everywhere in my house. Even my dog loves it.
1 million stars out of 10. The only thing I wish was that there was a slightly smaller version. Just so I could bring one with me everywhere

I have the super pod
I have the super pod, backrest and lunar lift. Recently went thru a bad bout of upper respiratory infection and my MoonPod was the only place I could relax,sleep, and not feel like I was drowning. Beyond comfortable, bordering therapeutic

Hiyezel was so quick to respond to my numerous emails and answered all of my many questions even though it was about a return.
Although I decided to keep my order in the end, The company went above and beyond to keep me informed about my order. The order was shipped right away and was at my door very quickly.

I recently was in Austin on a 10 week assignment and when I ordered my moon pod, I saw that it shipped to that address. I got home last week and Chris took care of the address change right away which I so appreciate.

Great company to work with
When I placed my order with moon pod I was really excited to get a sake price. However the discount which was originally applied in my cart disappeared but I didn’t realize it when I finished the transaction. I reached out to moon pod unsure if they would honor the discount since the transaction had already gone through. Not only did they respond to my email quickly, but they graciously adjusted the price and honored the discount. They were quick to respond, easy to deal with, and remedied my problem. I left feeling they are a company of integrity. I can’t wait to get my moon pod!

Great, fast delivery!
I asked that the Moon Pod I ordered be delivered as soon as possible so my granddaughter could take it back to school to comfortably study for exams. Hiyezel from their customer service said it was on the way and sent a tracking link. It arrived yesterday! I’ll give it to my granddaughter at dinner tonight. She’ll be so happy and I will too!

Difficult returns process
The company makes it extremely difficult to return their products. I requested a refund of my monopod within 14 days of receiving the order. I was then told that the shipping cost to return would be $70 ( I live in the US) and that I would be charged an extra fee b/c I didn't keep the original plastic bag the moon pod and sleeve arrived in

My New Pillow

I attempted to obtain a RMA less than…
I attempted to obtain a RMA less than 24 hours after receiving the 4D pillow and all you get it the run around. The pillow is awful and customer service is just as bad. No phone number to call, all done online and when I told them the link to start a return was not working they didnt want to assist. then they demand photos even though. then they charge a BOGUS restock fee NEVER will I support this company and believe me I will share the poor experience I have had with anyone who will listen.

Patience is a virtue
I was waiting (very impatiently) for an email,saying that my Moonpod had shipped. I asked for help to locate my order to let me know the status. Hiyezel let me know that they would look into it right away. In the meantime (later that day) I received the email that my Moonpod had shipped. The email correspondence back and forth was pleasant and helpful, and understanding. I really appreciated that.
