Fantastic Pricing

With regard to our financial situation this product at fantastic pricing was ideal.
Looks good down and was easy to fit ourselves, saving more money.
Will be back for other bedrooms in due course.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great prices and quality of carpets and underlay. The carpets in which have really been a lasting touch to doing the whole house! Delivery was within days and more than reasonable prices for delivery too. Delivery staff were professional and worked quickly on drop off. Couldn’t be happier with the service and products, thank you.

Word of warning

Bought Lino flooring from this so called flooring company 6meter x 2metre my plan was to Lino the kitchen and hall way but when flooring was sent on the packing it was 6mx2m
So unpacked and was 2mx1m so contacted seller there was a mistake and they said I had cut it and put down I only unpacked it no refund no help from eBay discussting company do not use ripping people off online word of warning

Amazing Customer Service

Had a bit of an issue with the last order due to the courier (first order was perfect) but it was rectified.

Had an issue with a hot pink carpet…

Had an issue with a hot pink carpet badly fading purchased 2 years ago on eBay contacted the company and their customer services manager gave me a very nice surprise today with a goodwill gesture thank you even though disappointed with having to replace the carpet, clear the room, pay to refit etcthese things happen and in all fairness they have made a contribution to a new carpet it’s pay to remain polite as company’s need time to review but will definitely repeat purchase with this company again thanks
