I have used this service twice and it's excellent value for money. Even when our flights have been dealyed, they're still waiting for us to drive directly to the door in Chamonix. Highly reccomendable!

Both drivers were extremely friendly and courteous. It's easy to find the desk at Geneva airport and they send you a text message to direct you on the day of arrival. You also get a text message the evening before your departure to let you know the pick up time. Can't fault the service in any way.

I was able to discuss my requirements with the British staff prior to booking - very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. Easy to find staff at Geneva airport and very efficient journey to Chamonix. Mountain Drop-offs have an office in Chamonix which is useful, although aside from calling them to confirm pick-up time for our return we didn't need to make contact. Collection and return to Geneva airport was again very efficient.

Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Extrêmement déçue par leur service commercial qui ne s'est pas montré à la hauteur d'une situation pourtant très particulière, en se cachant derrière une argumentation très procédurière.

Used as part of a package (weski.com) - clear communication, efficient drop-off service (in a small mini-van), my friend left her bank card in the van and the driver went out of his way to return it (thank you Hernani!).

Great transfer from geneva and kept me updated of who and where to meet, however coming back I hadn't had any contact from them and when I called an hour before the transfer back (earliest the office was open) they told me I had booked the transfer for the following week. However there was a minibus doing the rounds in chamonix that morning and they rearranged for them to pick me up first and then fuel up and get the rest of the pick ups. Could have been a lot worse and at such short notice I can't fault them, and the office was open as soon as they said and they answered quickly

I have used Mountain Drop offs a couple of times. I have found their service excellent and their drivers exceptionally friendly. As an older woman traveling alone between Geneva and Chamonix they are kind and frequently help me with my baggage. They are better value than mos of their competitors.

So just before arriving I get a call from these people telling me that they are going to delay my pickup by over hour. This means that I will miss my last bus to get home and therefore I won't be able to get home. I say okay as long as they are willing to drop me the extra 5 minutes up the way from Le Fayet to Saint Gervais. No was the answer. So to say themselves money by grouping the later flight to this transfer, causing me lost time and not being able to get home, they'll only offer me a 50% discount. Frankly, they are causing me considerable problems to save themselves money and haven't offered a reasonable solution. I'm still waiting for the call back to see what they'll do about getting me home but so far the answer is 'not our problem' even though it's one of their making... update to follow.
Update: MD's have stated that they will get me a taxi home which is a good solution. Obviously, no-one is happy about having to wait longer, in this case more than 1 hour after my flight has landed so still 2 star but better 1.
Update 2: So the final delay was 2:20 after my flight before we left the airport. Taxi or not, this is not an acceptable delay to impose on customers. Next time I'll take the train. Back to 1 star. Honestly, I think they should be offering me my money back.

June 12-23. We booked with MDO months in advance. We got notice Our flight to Geneva would arrive late. As requested by MDO we advised them many hours in advance of of this change. We arrived at the newly scheduled time and have been waiting around for hours to get MDO to transport us. Very disorganized & unprofessional will not book with them again as you can not depend on them to provide the promised service.

Effortless transfer Geneva airport to Chamonix and back. I changed the number of passengers and the departure time with no problem at all. Communication by text and e -mail made very easy. Definitely be booking with these guys again- super efficient

Rebooked us with another company without telling us. MDO had no knowledge of us at airport and the other companies kiosk was unmanned (skiing Gonzales). MDO staff not interest in our booking because we were not on their list. Stressful start to holiday

Booked with them for trip in january with non refundable ticket. unfortunately due French government's reaction to omicron and closing border unable to travel. Tried to cancel told ticket was none refundable. Now i understand it was purchased as non refundable but not my fault cannot travel and they have had no major expenses for my trip . They didnt even offer a voucher. Every other company refunded me including non refundable ski lift tickets so recommended don't use during current situations
