Excellent quality products from Moyustore. Customer Service is outstanding. Delivery to the UK is not too bad, only less than two weeks wait. I have purchased many models from Moyustore in less than 12 months, and I have enjoyed every one of them, they are fun to build and look amazing once completed.

Delivery to Switzerland without any problem. 2 separate orders (anglerfish & spider with speaker) very good wrapping. Good tools. Communication with shop (Ms Sophia) top class!
USB stick with installation did not work - pdf file was sent immediately after claim plus an apology.
We would without hesitation buy again at Moyustore.

I feel like I'm more or less one of the very few who are submitting a review like this and I'm mechanically inclined.
The website states it takes around 10 hours to build which couldn't be further from the truth for me at least. Although I am a perfectionist so I want it to look exactly like they have it. This took me about 40 hours to build and thank God I bought an electric screwdriver. This is not my first metal puzzle build either. Several parts have inconsistencies with the machining, the nose/talons threading is not deep enough so the nose is loose and certain plates are not cut the same so it looks off. When handling the owl, the nuts have a tendency to come loose so I recommend using metal superglue or loctite. If you screw them too tight you risk shearing them off and sometimes you have to loosen them up to get other future steps done so it can get complicated. Lots of micro adjustments and going back to other steps to make sure future steps fit. Some steps the screw that they instruct you to use is too short so I have to forgo one or two parts to make it fit. If you screw too tight then it will take other steps out of alignment so it's a very delicate balance. Basically you gotta MacGyver your way thru some of the steps.

I requested replacement parts a week ago and they said they would provide tracking to me a week ago. Still nothing. I went and got the parts from a friend instead.

In the end, the owl came out exactly as they present it and it is a really cool looking piece. The journey to get there was just really tough.

I ordered a manta ray kit moyustore has charged my credit card yet they keep saying I must complete the order how can they charge me if I already have been charged on my credit card (fraud) I think the are wrong

My 2nd order from Moyustore was the Metal Thunder Ptesoraus Dragon which is an amazing looking model. I see that there are 3 different coloured versions of this kit, I purchased the red kit and now considering purchasing the blue and the gold kits to complete the collection. This kit is extremely easy to assemble, although the tip of the tail was a little tricky. The instructions are easy to follow and very well detailed and clear. In all, the total build time was 6 hours. Very pleased with this kit.

This is an amazing model kit, my husband is absolutely thrilled! It looks incredibly stylish and well-crafted.
The delivery was perfectly timed, we received the package right before his birthday, and the battery was thoughtfully shipped separately to ensure it arrived safely in Ukraine.

I've built many models from moyustore and all have been great to build. Some can be very challenging but I enjoy a good challenge. Never had to contact customer support until recently, when a model was missing a few parts. They responded quickly and sent me the missing parts. Top notch models and top notch customer support!

So far I have Purchased eight different metal models from Moyustore. I Absolutely love these kits! They are incredibly fun to build and they look fantastic in my decor. Shout out to Customer Service too! When one of my kits turned out to have a couple missing pieces they replied right away and sent me the parts very quickly. Highly Recommend!

Just arrived are the missing part s for my build, service was excellent arrived safely and quickly , no problems with replacement s can't fault the company with any of the process of ordering or replacing a item etc a good company.

I've built many of these metal construction kits, and they are all a challenge. But that is what sets them apart from the simple plastic construction sets that I grew up with (Lego) and still enjoy today (yes, I'm an old bloke).
The assembly of my recent purchase of the Steampunk Owl (and baby) is still ongoing, but thoroughly enjoyable. Some steps do require considerable dexterity, but the end results are always superb.
And on another note, I mis-used a part in the construction of a model and needed this part later on. It would've been quite a task to disassemble to retrieve the needed piece, but a quick call to MoYustore and they had some extras delivered within a week. Kudos to them.

El envío, desde el momento de confirmar el pedido, sólo tardó dos semanas en llegar, incluso menos de lo que dicen en la web.
Compré la hormiga de metal 3461608 y la lámpara con forma humana/robot.
El embalaje perfecto, la hormiga viene en una caja de cartón con las imágenes de la marca original. Al abrirla hay unas planchas de espuma protegiendo una segunda caja de metal que contiene las piezas.

SCAM...did not receive order, when asked for a tracking number I got an email that said I would be refunded my money...not holding my breath on that. SCAM....shame on you did your mother raise you that way...shame shame shame on you
