For approximately five years I dedicate my free time to solve 3D metal puzzles.
So I have been a customer of several businesses that are dedicated to the distribution of this type of hobbies.
Among all, Moyustore, is the best, for its prices, delivery on time, seriousness and especially customer service.
All companies need customers, but satisfied customers, satisfied customers who return to buy more and Moyustore has that something that makes me prefer and refer them over others.
I think that if someone has the same hobby as me and has not experienced with Moyustore, they spent more time and money than necessary for their favorite hobby.

Post-Apocalyptic Jumping Spider Spider 3D Metal Puzzle Kits:
After waiting several weeks contacted moyustore about my order. With the excuse of delay in production, from then on, the box arrived relatively quick. Nevertheless, when I opened the box I found 2nd hand material, photocopies of the instructions of an other similar spider model, 3 parts were missing and there was one spider leg that was already made. The excuse of delay in production is definitely a lie. The spider model itself looks great!

So this is a follow-up message from my first one that is titled where is my order? Have spoke to them several times since the first review still have not received any product was told they switched my order from the Minotaur, which I originally ordered to the lantern fish, which I didn’t even want, and that it would be shipped in one week, after this, I still have no tracking number. My online order remains the same. I have no product and still have no model. So they have not done anything but again try to silence me and still have my 160 USD.. I will be contacting PayPal and my financial institution.. and even if the lantern fish model does show up, it is only 1/3 the parts and the same price as the one I originally ordered and not anything that I would be interested in buying. And all I get is the same song and dance on their emails. Worst experience I’ve ever had with somebody that took almost $200 of my money.

I also purchased Minotaur Bull head on 12of october, paid extra for faster delivery and did not recieve it yet. After contacting the company i recieved email that it will be shipped mid november, product is in production. I really hope i can get it by christmas as it is something i have been looking for long time. Order number is MY 12848

Being a cuber, for me MOYU is like a store full of different items and desires which not only me but all the customers like. The products are very impressive and I really like them. THANKS MOYU FOR YOUR GOOD PRODUCTS👍🏼❤

I've bought 3 kits so far. I started with the butterfly and it was pretty easy to assemble. I'm really happy with the result. I got a sea horse lamp next. Not exactly as pictured. I'm stuck at one point because the instructions are confusing. Need to research better instructions. Perhaps if they're available online in 3d that would help me finish it. 3rd kit is a bunny that I've not yet started. Really love the challenge and the quality!

I love the steampunk animal puzzles/ models. They have a great selection and I have never had to wonder if it is a Facebook fake site, so I am able to do my orders with confidence.

I only discovered moyustore at the start of this year and the quality of the product is amazing. On top of that the customer service is fantastic! I recently went away and took one of my recent purchases with me, however I forgot the build instructions so I thought I'd give customer services an email. I have to say that Ms Sophia was very very helpful and I'm happy to say that I managed to get my model assembled. The professionalism in which this company supports itself is of a very high standard indeed. Well done guys i'll be in touch for my next order

I recently ordered three models from MoYustore. One of the models was missing parts so I reached out to their customer service. Ms Sophia was very quick to respond to my email. Not only did she address the missing parts I was inquiring about, she encouraged me to check the parts of my other two models so she could resolve everything at once. In doing so, I discovered another missing part in one of the other models. Ms Sophia demonstrated strong customer service skills and resolved not only my original issue of missing pieces, but one that I was unaware of. I'm looking forward to completing my models and will be able to do so sooner thanks to her. Even missing the pieces, because of her excellent skills, I'm giving 5+ Stars! Thank you, Ms Sophia!

I ordered 2 model kits so far. The model kits are nicely organized even with 700+ pieces. I ordered the harder difficulty ones, but that just adds to the challenge. It's cool how they give everything in a yellow plastic toolbox that you can keep using after you're finished. Their customer service is pretty responsive and I get help pretty quick when I have trouble with a certain step while building. You really get what you pay for.

Moyu sells top of the line speed cubes and backs up their products as well. One of our cubes was recently accidentially damaged and Moyu send us a new corner piece. Great customer service!

This is an amazing experience and excellent result.
I was introduced by a friend and when I got the first figure and started building I was consumed by it. You cannot stop, you feel like you have to keep building step by step. Before you know it you have an amazing figure finished with perfect quality materials. Honestly do yourself a favor and buy you favorite figure, it is going to be a fulfilling experience!

I as searching for butterflies to purchase and I found these so I purchased 3 butterfly’s for my wife and they are more beautiful once you have put them together. One of the butterflies was missing parts and Ms. Sophie resolved my problems and sent out my replacement parts.

MoYu store's wide selection, superb craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them my go-to place for model building. Honestly, there's not many selling models like them.
