I’ve used this company for years for maintaining my boiler and heating. They are so reliable and helpful and always try to solve any problem in the most efficient way. A recent boiler replacement was carried out without any fuss and to the highest standard with everything cleared and up and running in four hours. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and will gladly use again. Plumber arrived at the agreed date/time and text message to confirm on his way before arriving. Operative was polite, efficient and resolved the problem so all in all would gladly recommend and the bill received shortly after was more than reasonable. Happy customer!

Carbon monoxide alarm gas check needed after a Cadent shut off. The M&R gas engineer did his checks and answered any questions I had. His advice was simple to understand and reassuring. The response time was excellent, thanks M&R!

This company is very competent and experienced in the field of central heating. Two of their workforce arrived at my house on the dot of 8.00am on the promised day and got on with the job. They were friendly and helpful, and it was no problem to have them in the house. They cleaned up completely after my new boiler was fitted, and I am very happy with it. Definitely highly recommended.

Annual boiler service.
Liam came to service my boiler , he messaged to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He remembered he had been to repair a radiator pipe a few months ago and asked if everything was working well. I thought this was a nice touch.
He serviced the boiler and was efficient and tidy.
