HAND SANITIZER RIP OFF!!! MR PETS HAS NOW STARTED ADVERTISING MULTI PURCHASE DISCOUNTS ON THIS STUFF!!! THEY AREN'T SUPPLYING PEOPLE WHO ORDERED YONKS AGO OR CANCELLING ORDERS OR REFUNDING MONEY WHEN REQUESTED. TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS WHO SHOULD BE JAILED OVER THIS. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON GOOGLE, EBAY & AMAZON!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR YOUR PET FROM THESE SCAMMERS NOW OR IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF THIS EVIL MONEY STEALING COMPANY WHO ARE ABUSING PEOPLES TRUST DURING A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC. READ OTHER REVIEWS!!!

So goods finally arrived despite me sending 2 emails asking for the order to be cancelled! I want to return the goods however there are a number of difficulties in doing so! 1. There are no order details to reference in a return. I’ve also never received an order number or email. 2. It states that to return an item you need a returns form which is supposed to be found online. Again link is missing to get a form. 3. It states that you have 14 days from dispatch, once again I have not received any details surrounding dispatch dates. On the whole I’m very disappointed with the appalling service received. Mr pets please reply to my 4th email so that I can resolve this matter!

Seems to be Mr Pets stock answer, despite not providing me an order number. Also how can I contact you as you seem to have no email facility despite the last 4 emails I’ve sent which still haven’t been replied to!

I suspect this business isnt keeping up with orders. I would hope people dont ruin them with such negative reviews. I ordered the hand gel (not the cheapest but my choice to buy it). I had an email order confirmation and while it arrived a bit later than the 7 days (10 from date of order) it arrived just now. Happy with the item. Give the company time, looks like theyre swamped...

Bad communication website says 3-4 days don’t reply much I’ve asked for a refund because they said it will take two to three weeks then they sent an email saying it would be here by 31-3-2020 still not arrived and they won’t reply 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I had same problem with no email confirmation and could not create an account. I stayed calm and relaxed - I knew the site was probably bombarded with sales. Got my hand sanitiser about two weeks after I ordered it by DPD, put this down to volume sales. Honestly I would wait before trying to chase/leave bad reviews.

My complaint seems to be the same as every other complaint on here. I ordered 10 bottles of sanitizer on 17th March. Not all for me, I run a drainage company and kit the vans out with them. Nothing has arrived and no response or confirmation. I wish I'd looked up the company on Trustpilot before ordering. Will now go down the route of charging back my credit card. Difficult times for everyone, especially when trying to carry on running a business. Shame the few try to scam the honest ones.

Amendment- my order has now arrived. Maybe if the company kept in touch with customers most of these complaints and reviews could be avoided.

I ordered hand sanitizer on 17th of March and recieved email confirmation of having done so. My order arrived today 30th March only a few days late which l feel is totally understandable under the circumstances that the country is under at the moment, so l would like to say thank you to the staff at Mr Pets.

Gutted I’m a nurse and paid £64 for hand gel and now realise I’ve been scammed.

SINCE WRITING THIS REVIEW EVEN MORE SHOCKINGLY I WAS EMAILED BY THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TO APOLOGISE ABOUT THE DELAY AND THE HAND GEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Thankyou. I’ve given 5 stars even due to the delay as I feel that during these times a delay is understandable

I agree with the other poor reviews. I placed an order, received an email to say it had been shipped but nothing ever arrived. Despite numerous emails to the company there was no response. I would not advise anyone to purchase from them.

I ordered some hand-gel, I must admit I was very concerned after reading some damning reviews here, I was all wound up for opening a case with the bank.
I too didn't receive confirmation of the order number, but I jotted details down when ordering.

However! After 9 days the hand-gel did turn up via Huboo. Two days later than predicted, but safe and sound and it is good stuff.
I expect there is a big backlog of supplying this stuff. If you don't like the price, then don't order.

Ordered products from this company 10 days ago with the promise of delivery in 5-7 days.

They will not respond to emails and they provide no telephone number.

This is clearly a scam to make as much money from people before the company closes.

The company has a notice to strike off on companies house so there is no chance of getting money back.

The company is owned and run by Solab Group Limited and the director is Mr Mark Polding.

Perhaps a review should be placed on Solab Group Limited’s name.

The reply being placed on all reviews is a copy paste from Sue. Sue doesn’t exist.

Further research shows that a search for company number 08031272 for Solab Group shows that they have gone into administration.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HONOUR THE SALE

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY UNDER THE NAME OF A LIQUIDATING COMPANY

Paid for Item, money taken, no communication, no replies to emails, no phone number, fake tracking number on the dispatch email.

100% a scam in my opinion.

I ordered a bottle of hand sanitiser on 18 March from the Mr Pets website. Like others I didn’t get a confirmation email nor was I able to set up an account; money was taken immediately and I was concerned at not receiving a response to two emails sent to the customer services address (I had my order number as I took a screen shot at the time).

However, I received a reply on the 24th to say it would be delivered between the 26th and the 30th (dates are month/day/year which may be causing some confusion looking at other reviews on here?). I then got an update from Huboo on the 26th with tracking information from DPD, and I took delivery of the product this morning (27th).

As mentioned elsewhere the bottle is not sealed but I don’t know if it normally would be. It seems to be a good product and was well packaged.

So, in my experience once the order was being processed it all went very smoothly. It just took a bit of worry to get there due to a lack of communication initially.

Do you guys not realise how busy this company must be, one star reviews are a little harsh in this environment! The delivery quoted is 5-7 days and mine came in 3. Really happy with the gel - has a nice consistency. I have ordered x2 more.

Dont slam these small companies they do not have logistics like Amazon.

this is a scam. paid on 19th March. money taken out from bank, no reply to emails thus was for my neice who has M.S scandalous. AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM

Scam, avoid!

I’ve placed an order for hand sanitizer like do many others. The money was taken from my account. No confirmation email, I’ve emailed customer services, no reply. Not even automated. This is all a big scam.

Update: the hand sanitizer has arrived now, after no email communication at all. If they are overwhelmed in the current crisis they should at least set up automated emails acknowledging the order. Not a scam after all, just badly managed.

Placed an order over a week ago, emailed two days ago as I hadn’t received a dispatch email. Email was received stating it would be delivered between the 02.04- 04.06 this year. In return after speaking to my bank I was advised to ask them for a refund and promptly asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money as per my consumer rights. THREE TIMES. Received an email this morning in response advising me of the original dispatch dates... I don’t want the goods I would like a refund. I have asked my bank to dispute the payment if no refund is received for order number 000040748 which will negatively affect their business. Please refund me immediately.

Like so many people on here I ordered Hand Sanitizer from Mr Pets on 28th March. No product received so emailed them and got a reply that I would receive it between 4/2/20 and 4/6:20!!!!! I am not prepared to wait as I bought it for my grand/ daughter who is recovering from Cancer.
I am disgusted with this company, playing on people’s fears . I will be contacting the fraud Dept of my bank 🤬
