ordered hand sanitiser over 4 weeks ago, delivery was promised within a couple of days on the website. have yet to hear anything back, absolute scam.

Ordered and immediately received an email confirmation of my purchase and received the product the following day. After reading some of the reviews I was worried but my fears proved groundless. I can only assume that with the extremely high demand for this product the company were struggling to keep up with orders. Anyway they seem to be honest and reputable and I would have no hesitation to order again. Thank you very much.

Hand sanitizer delivered. Ordered sanitizer. Then within 5 minutes of order, decided I wanted other products from the website but got no response to calls or emails so want able to add anything. I realised I hadn't even got a confirmation of order and then read the reviews after which I was convinced I had been scammed. I heard nothing for two weeks and decided begrudgingly to write it off as a lesson when the package arrived. Thank you Mrpets for delivering but please sort out your order confirmations system to give your customers a bit of piece of mind.

Ordered the 500ml hand sanitiser. Didn’t receive a confirmation email and saw the negative reviews and was a bit worried. But, like for so many other customers, my delivery arrived on time and as described. I’m guessing they are inundated and so the confirmation email isn’t going out but they have delivered what they promised and on time too

We are an NHS GP surgery in Glasgow. I ordered Hand Sanitiser because we could not get it from usual sources. The price is the price. I got very worried after four days with no communication (delivery advertised in 3 days) when I read all these negative reviews. However, the order turned up without prior email (which is fine) on Day 5. I am delighted. They promised, they delivered. 5 stars.

Shocking. Rip off prices for hand sanitiser which, due to the Coronavirus shortage, I reluctantly ordered. Virtually no communication. I have tried several times to cancel the order and you don't get any response. Still not received the items now 2 weeks later, and not received a refund either. Emails ignored. No phone number to call them. Basically a complete scam and a company to be avoided.

Hi Sue, order ID 000040594. Still nothing received, although it’s academic now as I’ve sourced it elsewhere more than a week ago when your order failed to turn up or even be confirmed. I’ve sent several emails trying to cancel the order and get a refund. And frankly the excuse that you’re busy makes no sense - your website at point of order, and indeed still as at today, says “ IN STOCK NOW 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY”. It was ordered 3 WEEKS ago today. I look forward to receiving a refund please.

I found my order was late so contacted the company. I was starting to be concerned that l had been scammed. They did reply however (not always very quickly) and although it was frustrating to have to wait, the sanitiser was ultimately delivered about a week or so late. I think they are just overwhelmed so systems are creaking with demand and probably they have staff off due to Covid 19. They could certainly communicate better and update the website to explain the issues far more- it would manage expectations - but based on my experience at least, we got there eventually.

Placed order on 20th March. No confirmation but I guessed they would be extremely busy. Parcel arrived yesterday by huboo and am very happy. I understand it's frustrating being kept waiting without communication but please give them time before posting a review. Once review is out there there's no taking it back.

I placed an order last month. I haven’t received an email confirmation and asked for the refund 3 times but they keep saying it is with the courier despite if never arriving by the specified date. I keep getting the same stock response and nothing changes, I really want a refund but the company is ignoring me completely and feeding lies! Really frustrating and I recommend you do not purchase anything from this company.

my Order eventually came so no need to report to trading standards. I think the company needs to put a message on its website simply stating the problems they are having. I also think they should stop selling the sanitiser until they are back on track. I’d not have got so frustrated had my initial emails simply asking about status had actually been answered. Sending stock emails saying product would be delivered by a specific day, when there was no chance of that, only exacerbates frustration. Yet a message on website would have helped.

Ordered hand sanitiser on behalf of an elderly, frightened, lady who has just lost her husband. Site said in stock with 3 day delivery. Wonderful, we thought, even though the price was huge, it was worth it to get the sanitiser to our vulnerable friend. Sent e mail yesterday asking when it would be delivered, if not in 7 days we wanted a refund. Here is their reply:
"Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us.

Your order will be delivered within 2 working days of receiving your tracking number.

If your order does not arrive between these dates, please let us know and we will assist in any way we can."

When we get our tracking number, who knows. I suspect we will not.
AVOID, DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO PROFIT FURTHER FROM YOUR DISCOMFORT AS WE HAVE DONE !!!

Website stated that product (massively overpriced due to demand) was in stock and dispatched in three days. I have yet to receive confirmation nearly a week later. Avoid this profiteering, price gouging company.

I have never given a rating to a company before but felt compelled after reading all of these comments.
This isn’t a scam, just a small company I am guessing, which is overwhelmed with orders. Perhaps they want to advise that orders may be delayed to make their own lives easier. My order arrived a few days late but I wasn’t surprised given the environment they are working in. Great product. Many thanks for all your hard work, it is much appreciated.

i really can't even give one star but no stars wasn't an option!!! AVOID this company - they are so dishonest!! I had ordered hand sanitisers (only 2) they charged me immediately for 4!! and then sent nothing for weeks!!! I sent at LEAST 10 emails asking for a full refund and to cancel my order for my two hand sanitisers and to acknowledge their mistake. They have read my emails but completely ignored what i was asking of them. of course appreciate that orders for all companies take longer at the moment but money should not be taken and to read, acknowledge emails sent but deliberately/arrogantly ignoring content is unacceptable! After several more emails they sent the products out - all four DESPITE being asked not too! Many people aren't receiving anything i see from reviews - suggest those bombard them with emails - you won't get a direct answer but may at least get them to deliver your products! I will be sending them back for a full refund but advise ALL to avoid this firm.

UPDATE: Since posting this review my order has arrived. I would suggest that you don't sell stuff if you don't have it in stock and that you fulfil orders in the order in which you take them

You seem to be refusing to honour my order made 15 days ago. You took payment on the day of the order and have not yet dispatched it, or contacted me to explain the delay.
I have tried contacting you many times. I have today contacted the consumer rights line with Citizens Advice. You are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.

"Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Time is essential. Please deliver the item without undue delay."

I was so pleased when I accidentally discovered that Mr.Pets has hand sanitizer, was hunting for them for 3 weeks now and did not find any either online or offline. I placed my order and got an email confirmation of the purchase. I knew the delivery will be a couple of days. I made my order on Sat 23rd. After a couple of days on Wed net week, I was a bit worried that I did not get any dispatch email. I sent them an email asking about the status of the purchase. I got a reply that this is planned to be delivered before the 31/03/2020. Yesterday I got a text from Hubbo that this is on the way. Today morning got shipment email (a bit late I know) and the package apply arrived on 10:40am. Picture included.

What I wanna says is before, when I waited for my package I did come here and read all of those "Scam" reviews... and was a bit worries... But please give them a chance! They are legit company, just probably horrible overwhelmed with all the demand they got.

Hope you will cope and keep up with this Mr.Pets. And thanks for fantastic sanitizeer. It was worth to wait :)

I knew delivery time was 7-10 days when I placed order for hand gel x3. I knew price was inflated due to Covid-19 and chose to order. I received an email from Huboo on 27th March with delivery date via DPD of 31st March.
My order was delivered just ONE DAY late ( better than many other delivery experiences) received today at 9:47 am. Gel is excellent, rubs in quickly and pleasant smelling too.
I regret reading all the negative trust pilot reviews as they were not reflective of my experience. No doubt the company is overstretched with extra orders in this corona virus pandemic. I kept calm and my order was honoured without resorting to hysterics and vitriol.
