UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. The styles and colors are exactly like the website and the surprise is that everything is better in person! Soft, not bulky and so stylish. I received it last week and the first day I wore it - everyone complimented me!

BTW - the packaging is fun!

This experience has been a tedious one, to say the least. We got there in the end though thanks to Chris (who I would give 5 stars).
She went up and beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was fantastic.

As for the rest of them.........

I had a very bad experience a few years ago with one of their employees Ann.
My piece was knitted way too loose and looked nothing like how it was supposed to look. I had ordered 2 of the same pieces (different colours), and they looked completely different to one another as 2 different people had knitted them.)
I sent her photos and Ann confirmed that the knitter had knitted it too loose (blaming it on the yarn used).
I said I wanted to return it as I was not happy with it, but she refused (even though she herself had confirmed it was knitted loose.
To this day, that hoodie is still sitting in my wardrobe, never been worn.

A waste of money, a horrible experience and really bad customer service!

I raised this when purchasing my new order (as I needed to know that this was 'not' going to happen again).

After going back and forth, I was sent a copy of their policy, which they thought was going to give them leverage. It did the exact opposite.
The policy clearly states that if you are not happy with your item it can be returned as long as you contact them within 24hrs of receiving it.

Product replacement policy
Replacement of products within European countries is possible only after contacting "MUMSHANDMADE" and within 24 hours of their receipt at any case.

Customers outside Europe (Russia,UK,Australia,USA,Canada etc.) must contact "MUMSHANDMADE" within 24 hours of their receipt at any case.

I really wish I had read this back then, as they wouldn't have had a leg to stand on. They would have had to comply with their own policy.

I give Chris 5 stars, but the company 1 star.

The management wouldn't even contact me, after I requested them to.

They were very responsive in helping me deal with my order problem and friendly.

These are the most beautifully designed and hand made sweaters I’ve ever seen. I have a collection of 5 and I get compliments every time I wear them.
Customer service is personal, prompt and so friendly that it really does feel like ‘Mum’s family’. I’d recommend these distinctive designs!

The most helpful customer service. I got answers very fast to all questions. I believe it was Ann that was communicating with me. The only problem is I wish I could have had pockets in my cardigan. Pockets are really important in the winter for me and I have a toddler. Otherwise extremely helpful and very responsive customer service !!!

Awesome quality and design. The customer service was more than helpfull <3 <3 <3 I bought a scarf and when i got it on my hands it left me speachless. So soft and warm! The ideal accessory for a cold day outfits...

Had so much help when UPS deliveries had messed up me receiving my order., the customer service from mums hand made was more than I could ask for, redirected my parcel to a drop shop and it was worth all the extra wait, what a beautiful knit wear jumper ibnow own and I love it, the quality is amazing and the feeling when u wear it I just don't want to take it off, thank u so much

I live in Japan, and there aren't many people in Japan who wear the same knitwear.
(I hate wearing the same clothes as other people, so I'm lucky to have found mumshandmade!)
I'm always looking forward to new products coming online as I can't find such nice knits in Japan :)

I am obsessed with Mumshandmade! Some of my most favorite and cherished pieces of clothing that I own! So comfortable and luxurious. So well knitted and beautiful. So soft and warm, but not stuffy or heavy. I can’t wear anything from Mumshandmade without getting compliments from even random strangers! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I LOVE them. the communicate clearly. Pieces are made and shipped quickly. I needed custom measurements ~ i had them in 3 weeks. For a great price too!
