Hello! We are sorry for your experience. As i was informed, we shipped a new handmade product, impeccably made and there was no defect found at our quality control desk. You claimed that there was a defect on a thread which was not there, when we checked the photos that you sent to paypal dispute. Paypal refunded our money because they were unable to see the problem and they decided to refund you too. After that, Paypal called us to apologise for closing the case on your favor and that your account is banned because you had more similar scamming sellers cases. At any case, our Terms of Use and policy is specific and all customers agree to these terms 2 times, one when creating account and second one before they complete an order. So you did agree to these Terms too and completed your order.
Nevertheless we are really sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, here at mums our customers satisfaction is our top priority.
AVOID: They don’t declare all shipping fees so…
They don’t declare all shipping fees so you end up with a very high bill. When you try and speak to the staff they are very rude. One even yelled over social media. Terrible attitude. Shipping cost over £100 in total because they failed to provide information to get it through customs because ‘it’s not their problem’. Just so so rude and hurtful when you have spent £250 on a cardigan you can’t wear.
The product isn’t fit for purpose, it comes with a sheet saying don’t wear it in the sun, in the rain, for to long or it will stretch and it sheds like crazy. It can’t be worn.
