Only thing I received was an automated email, No Royal Mail tracking details given , no response to my emails and Facebook and Instagram messages 😡

It’s a shame as the none Nic pouches looked great 😔

Ordered 18th July and still waiting. No update on delivery, Royal Mail says still waiting for it. Muse says on its way. It’s obviously not.
Can’t get in touch with customer services, the emails bounce back undeliverable. The phone number says to leave a message, doesn’t even ring, which I have left messages and still no response, wasted £50.
Not happy at all. Won’t be ordering from them again.
If they rectify this issue and either refund me or send me what I have ordered then I will change my review. But until then, this is what everyone needs to know before ordering.

Ordered on the 03/07/26 with express (next working day) and received nothing…
The tracking with Royal Mail still says the same thing and I’ve used the website email service twice now and had no response. You can’t even use the email from the website as the email is incorrect.
I’m serving in the armed forces and thought I’d try these for going away, that’s why I ordered for express delivery and didn’t receive them, meaning didn’t take them away.
Is it a con? All they’ve done so far is take my money, I’ve applied for a refund but not had a reply for that either.

Would not recommend.

Ordered pouches weeks ago, no delivery and no communication. Email addresses have changed since last order. Looking at the recent reviews it seems like a bit of a cluster.

Ordered almost a month ago, next day delivery and nothing came, will not reply to emails nor answer the phone. Real shame as I was a fan of the product but will be looking elsewhere.

Ordered on 8 July. Heard nothing since. Emails and phone lines not working. Still selling online but looks from here that others have not received orders in July either.

Ordered some pouches almost 2 weeks ago now and still havent received them. And this is despite having paid for express next day delivery. Have emailed 5 times to the address on the website and have received nothing back. To say your customer service is terrible is an understatement! Its non existent! If i could give no stars i happily would. Would not recommend.

Still haven’t received my items. Ordered Monday on a next day delivery and paid for it. Left a message twice now and got nothing back. Not sure what’s going on. Got a tracking number but says still waiting for item to be dispatched/sent to Royal Mail.

My first order with these and let’s say I’m not impressed at all! Will still try and get my money back but doubt it.

Parcel hasn't arrived 6 days after order, cant contact them on yhe phone as it goes straight to a messaging service, emailed but no response !!!!!

Ordered nicotine free pouches to help quit using them, the ones I received (liquorice, orange & mango) tasted pretty good

Not really happy, i love the muse products but unfortunately this is the second time I have had to wait longer for my parcel. I ordered on the 25th June, for next day delivery it's the 30th now and I haven't heard anything. On shop it says its on its way but royal mail hasn't even got the product. I am highly disappointed. That I have had to wait this long. Luckily I didn't pay as I went through klarna and I have requested a return.

So ordered online for delivery and everything appeared somewhat ok. Package was delivered 3 days later....to an unknown address over 300 miles away from me. Not a problem me thinks, ill contact Muse and they can sort it out.....
That was 2 weeks ago... numerous emails amd online contact forms submitted without any reply, Post office won't take a complaint without Muse involvement. Out of pocket and pretty unimpressed with my lack of contact and action from this company. Tread carefully, customer services non existent 😞

Product not pleasant to use. The pouches are very dry- got stuck on my lip and ripped a patch of skin clean off. Don't recommend.

Love the products and are my go to pouches but it appears they have stopped allowing other companies to sell their products meaning you have to buy direct. They are more expensive and don’t offer deals on chosen flavours (not lucky dip which is not good enough) I ordered over a week ago and have still not received my order. I contacted them and they told me it was arrive tomorrow (which was 3 days ago now) and they’ve stopped replying to emails. They alive not at any point provided a tracking number even when I directly asked for one so I have no idea if it’s even been dispatched. Such a shame that a great product has been let down by the service.

I've been a regular customer for a while. In the last couple of months they won't send out the order for next day delivery despite advertising the service. I've had orders that's taken 4 days to even get sent out never mind be delivered next working day and it's now happened 3 different times. When emailing to complain, advisor tried to blame it on Royal Mail. I had given order numbers in email but advisor didn't bother checking them and immediately tried to blame courier. When emailing the company previously to try and find out where order is, it takes them days to get back in touch - by which time order is usually delivered. But as of present, they have just given up even replying at all. They list a customer service number, but this is just an answering machine to leave a message to which no one ever replies. Latest order was on standard delivery (2-3 working days) and it's day 5 and order hasn't even been sent out yet. It's become a terrible company.

I ordered some energy pouches from muse as they looked great and seemed to have positive reviews, on a Thursday, with the 3.99 next day delivery in the hope they’d arrive on Friday, but I ordered too late so they said they would arrive on Saturday. Fine. Saturday came, and they didn’t arrive and Royal Mail tracking said they were still expecting the package. It’s Tuesday now and nothings changed, regardless of a few emails sent to support, with no response whatsoever. I’d still like my order so hoping this can be resolved but not looking that way so far.

I tried the Muse vegan gummies and they tasted really nice. A fruity taste that didn't leave a bitter after taste. I have a sweet tooth so these were perfect for me as they are sugar coated. I've not tried vegan gummies before. I wasn't disappointed with these vegan gummies.

I love the muse but the vegan gummies were not that bad I was more hoping that they would have a stronger flavor
