One of the best experiences ever. First USPS is at fault for damaging item but they followed through and even allowed me to pay for fast shipping. The Music box was top notch quality!! Will order again soon!! Thank you!!

I was supposed to receive my items by February 12, free shipping. Then at checkout I had to pay for shipping to be guaranteed for February 13. Today I got a message I won’t get the items until February 14 by 9pm, which is the day I needed them for gifts. Therefore it may be too late and my grandchildren won’t get them on Valentines Day. So disappointed with this order!!
