This music box store is truly amazing how they provide superb products and great customer.

Music box attic gives you all the information you need to be able to fix a music box. They are totally equipped with all you may need as a manufacturer or a one project customer. I don't know how they can afford to help the little guy like me with one repair but they did. I'm grateful.

The music box came exactly as expected. The box is this beautiful garnet red, and I have it playing the songs from the Dracula movie a love story. The song that calls him in the castle and the movie theme song. It was custom-made. It was delivered very quickly. And it came packaged so nicely that I knew whatever you order will be in perfect shape when it arrives. The customer service is impeccable. The box came exactly at the right time for a big gala that I am having where it will be displayed.

First thing was a person actually answered the phone when we called! That was extremely important to us.
There was an wrong cord sent with one, and the inside plug was pushed inside the box. When we called the gentleman was beyond polite and sent us a new one in a couple of days!
We ordered six music boxes, and will tell our friends what a great company this is.

I received the music box very quickly. I thought I had ordered it too late and would have to give it to my grandson late, but it came very quickly, before his baptism. Also, it was beautiful. I had a long Bible verse engraved on it and was afraid it would look cluttered but it turned out beautifully. My husband and I were very pleased.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations!!!! I received my 18 note Miniature Musical Hi-Gloss Black Grand Piano Music Box today and was completely blown away. The music box is so cute and I know my 90 year old mom is going to love it!!! It is the perfect birthday gift for this big birthday. The detail of the music box is incredible.... from the little mini piano bench to the music on the "rack" of the piano to the piano pedals to the little wheels on each of the three piano legs.
The song "Happy Birthday" is perfect and having the opportunity to open up the lid of the music box to see the mechanisms working is so cool.
Gotta give a big shout out to Denny, too. He was extremely helpful in assisting me get the personalization perfect and he took so much time on our phone call to insure the order was just right!! He was so caring, kind and patient and really understood the importance of this very special birthday present for this very special 90th birthday! Bravo Bravo Bravo. I cannot give enough praise to Boris and his Music Box Attic; if there were a million stars to show rating, even the million would not be enough! I first ‘met’ Boris and the
Music Box Attic 2 years ago when I wanted a unique music box as a gift to my husband to commemorate his first piano recital. I had in mind what I wanted but I had no idea how to bring that idea to fruition. I went online to search music boxes and I found Music Box Attic. Not being an online techie, my illiteracy led me to resort to call the Music Box Attic’s listed number. This call resulted in speaking to
a man who was welcoming, kind, understanding, and
genuinely interested in listening to me as I explained to him what I was trying to accomplish and how much it meant to me. He treated me as though I were a friend, that I personally mattered. This man just totally enveloped my ideas; he said I can do that! I knew by the way he presented himself and the Music Box Attic, that I could trust him. He treated me as if he were my own son. This man’s name was Boris. I gave my order totally over to him to design it as he envisioned it. Boris was amazing! He created the most unique music box beyond what I had hoped or imagined! It was perfect! Thus started my dedication to Music Box Attic for these past
2 years. But now on my 5th music box with Boris, I must exhort his praises regarding this 5th music box! This is a Van Gogh Limited Edition music box that I purchased outside of Music Box Attic because it was out of stock with Music Box Attic and, being a limited edition, was no longer available. I desperately wanted this box for personal reasons. I am a Christian, and I believe that God knows and cares about everything pertaining to us individually; the biggest and the littlest things, if they are important to us, they are important to Him. So, I prayed diligently to find that little music box ‘somewhere’ and, sure enough, after much prayer and some time, I found one! In PERFECT condition!!! The music it played was a different tune than I wanted and I also wanted it to play by charging (like Boris’music boxes, not windup). I also wanted a special, personal inscription on the lid and a picture on the lid. This all had to be done or the music box was of no use to fulfill the need for what I wanted it. I prayed again and emailed Boris, explaining my dilemma. He said “send it to me!” I did. Boris was beyond words; I have never encountered ANYONE in the business world, and very few in public society, to be so caring and so compassionate! If there were just more like Boris in this world, this world would be a far better place! He stayed in contact with me through email through the entire re-creation. I only gave him 1 1/2 days notice to do what had to be done because of my circumstances and I needed it overnighted to me. Most would have told me “IMPOSSIBLE”! But not Boris! He sacrificed for me and I just got the music box back today! Boris did such an amazing job! It is perfect!!! So perfect, so beautiful, it is breathtaking!!! it actually moved me to tears emotionally when I opened the mailing box and saw what Boris had done! Boris, you were a gift from God to me! Thank you for allowing Him to use you to answer my prayers for this music box! I pray God blesses you beyond anything you can ever think, imagine, or comprehend for your kindness you bestowed upon me! YOU are a unique and wonderful man. I pray God richly prospers you and Music Box Attic!
