Replacement music box
Ordering online was very easy, and I love the fact I could choose my own tune. The current music box I was replacing has not been operating for over 40 years, and I was delighted to have the whole unit working again. It used to belong to my grandmother.

Great product and service
Shipping was quicker than I expected and both music boxes I ordered are beautiful. The glossy black box was pleasantly bigger than I thought it would be. I had a customer service issue and called on the morning of Christmas Eve, and I doubted they would be open, but they were. The representative was very helpful and even called me back to make sure my issue had been resolved. I was very impressed and would order from them again.

I've ordered three music box movements. They arrived from CA within in seven days in perfect condition. I put the wrong address on my last order. I called 4 hours later and you willingly made the change, and the order arrived to the new address as expected.

Your order and address didn't have an apartment number provided. We shipped your order immediately to the address provided, as we already explained in the email. We did all we could and were supposed to and are willing to resend the product as well to the correct address, if you provide it. This was my first purchase
This was my first purchase. The online format was very easy to follow & make my order. I was expecting a 10% discount that was sent via email but didn't see it & didn't realize it was sent until after my purchase. I have not received the music box still in the shipping process. I brought it for my son & daughter-in-law's 27th anniversary which is mahogany & music. Both meanings in one beautiful item. The music is Cannon D (they have a large selection) one of my favorites & perfect for an anniversary.

Great service on walnut music box kit
I purchased Rockler's walnut music box kit and was very pleased with the overall quality of the pre-cut parts. One problem is that the tiny brass screws included for fastening the two brass hinges to the box are very soft and strip out with hardly any torque applied. No problem: Rockler sent me a new set of screws for no charge even though I never asked for a replacement. Great customer service. And I highly recommend the music box kit!

Unfortunate experience
The song that I selected as a Christmas present for my wife, was supposed to be our wedding song. It was a completely unrecognizable song. It completely missed as a gift.
