I cannot praise enough the service I received from MWQ Estate Planning when sorting out my LPA. I chose not to do it myself online and from the initial phone enquiry to setting it all up, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. What a relief it was to find that I would not have to battle endless online forms. All of this was carried out with the minimum of fuss and the one or two very minor queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I now have the final documents safely stored away until such time that I will need them. Overall an excellent service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel communication could have been better, and we take this seriously, as keeping clients informed is something we always strive for.
Looking back at the timeline of your matter, we did aim to maintain contact at each stage: instructions were taken on June 2nd, with secure portal access sent the same day. Drafts were approved the following day, and final documents were posted on June 4th, which included a request for the original death certificate and court fee. After receiving your signed forms on June 15th, we followed up regarding the court fees and confirmed these had been paid upfront. When fees increased, we reached out to inform you, and again when the death certificate arrived on September 28th to request the additional amount.
We're sorry you feel that we could have done more. We believe we did all that could reasonably be expected at each step and kept you informed throughout; nevertheless, we understand that not every client will view their experience in the same way.
