Me and my husband have done both parts of our power of attorney costing £396 now we have received messages saying we owe £92 per application before they can be processed so that’s a further £368 this wasn’t made clear at start of the process . Works out a lot more expensive than they make out . Not happy at all we thought we was dealing with a reputable company

I looked into doing a financial LPA for my mother who is 92 and was put off by the apparent high fees charged by local solicitors, several hundreds of pounds in most cases. Luckily I then spotted an advert from Zenco Legal on social media. On investigating further I found out that they were a UK based firm who specialise in LPA's, Wills, etc and only charge £99 for the service I needed. I therefore started this process online and couldn't be any more happier. The website was easy to use, the forms were returned promptly and very clear and precise instructions were provided as to how to review and sign, and next steps and where to return. All in all an excellent service for a very reasonable fee and well recommended.
