Well what can I say the communication seems to be nonexistent, I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing, even after messaging,two calls and an email still nothing. All I wanted to know is when will I get my order, the employees that work from home can’t see the orders or speak to anyone, just there to pass an email to someone for them not to reply .

I ordered on 3rd July and called after a week to ask when it would arrive and was told I’d get a call back. Did not. Same next day. No call, no dispatch email, no idea what’s happening and it’s day ten from order. Really poor customer service. The lady who answers calls has no knowledge or simply has been told by her boss to answer the phone, but has no authority to action anything or investigate. How useless a system. I’ll not be using again.

Absolutely rubbish.Part of my order never arrived,when I rang to query this part of the way through the call I was told that they couldn’t hear me that the signal wasn’t good,this happened 3 times.
I was calling off a land line,there wasn’t any interference.

i have used MX wholesale for months now ,have huge range of sensibly priced goods on offer which helps us sellers.
goods always packed properly and quickly every step of delivery is informed.

Not quite sure where to start. I'd called to check how long delivery times were for some sponges as I had an upcoming event (first mistake not given myself enough time) Unfortunately the delivery time was a standard 2 weeks which wouldn't have made it in time for when I needed it.

I then accidentally placed an order thinking it was another company who had shorter lead times (but we're also drastically more expensive) but by the time I'd realised my mistake it was too late.

I called and spoke to a lovely lady (sorry I don't recall her name) and explained my predicament and that I wouldn't need the order with a view to cancel. She wasn't able to help at the time and had to arrange a call back.

The following day I received an email stating my order had been dispatched and DPD had my parcel.

It wasn't a huge order but the fact that they went out of their way to help for a small business like mine meant the world.

So I want to say a massive thank you to the lady that took my call and also to anyone else that had a hand in helping me out with such a dumb ass mistake.

My event is literally this weekend and I've been able to make the most soap sponges I have ever made for one event thanks to you and your fabulous and thoughtful staff.

If you have a rewards procedure make sure that all involved get some recognition, because the little man matters too and you've gone above and beyond to show that. Thank you. Xx

I placed an order on 2nd June, left it a few days but when nothing had been dispatched I emailed them for an update as phone lines were closed. No one got back to me so I called them, they took my details and still no one has got back to me. They’re now closed over the weekend so I can’t chase for an update. Not great customer service! Took my money, haven’t dispatched the item and won’t update me on where it is?

Ordered 3 money savings tins costing around £3 for them all, went to pay with Apple Pay and as I was clicking to pay a £9.99 postsge fee appeared! Was to late I’d already clicked pay it went so fast

There was a false start when their system failed to take my payment, but still issued an order confirmation. No-one told me about that and I waited over 10 days for news of dispatch. A second order was created which went through smoothly, with delivery on the promised day. The product is excellent. Good customer service from Kelsie, who answered emails very quickly. Will use MX again

I tried to be patient with my first order (but when delivery is £9.99 you kinda hope it will be a quick one!) after 2 days had passed and I hadn't heard any information on dispatch, I requested an update. Shortly after, my order was cancelled because the product wasn't in stock. A month later, I email customer service to ask if the item is actually in stock this time (as still indicated on the website) so I can order without another cancellation and I received no response. I have placed the order anyway and hoping for the best..... I plan on reviewing my second experience separately. Will they gain a star or lose one?

The order was on time but they responded late i sent them 4 emails asking to send an invoice by email but they do not respond the customer service is bad

Awful company...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

They don't even bother replying to you when you contact them, they feed you a string of lies when you put in an order with them and it never turns up..if (and its a big 'if') it does turn up then half the stock is missing or wrong. Terrible experience and I will never use again.
