The courier left my buggy that I purchased outside I did not receive no tracking to be notified. The day my buggy was being delivered. I have not received my buggy and it was stolen I did not agree for courier to leave my buggy in the building and I’ve not been refunded so I’m out of pocket and my baby doesn’t have a buggy. I’m a very dissatisfied customer without the purchase.

Outstanding Product And Customer Service.
I can honestly say, that I have never had such excellent Customer Services from an online company.
I ordered an item on Monday, and received it yesterday (Tuesday evening).
Plus there was free delivery with DPD.
I had a question re my order, and got a response within a couple of hours.
I truly would give 10 stars, if it was possible.

Ordered the mb170 on Friday and came Monday so fast free delivery.. love the pushchair so easy to push, fold down is a bit weird but only done it once so just got to get the hang of how it folds, easy to lay down! So far so good but only used it once outside, overall happy with everything just what I wanted

I love my pram! I will say though when it turns into a stroller it is a bit too bulky for ease of use but great price for pram/stroller and car seat

Faulty item
I purchased a travel cot but it had a faulty mattress. I contacted customer service via email and spoke to Mike who was very helpful. 5 days later and my new travel cot has already arrived!!

I had a great experience with My Babiie
I had a great experience with My babiie, the pushchair arrived in 2 days, the design is really nice.I took the MBX6. It is compact, light and really easy to use, specially the auto fold. I looked for a lots of pushchair for travel and this one meet all the criteria. Only one thing is missing, a shoulder strap if we do not want to use the bumper.

Very loved MB02
We bought a black and leopard print MB02 about 8 years ago for our daughter as a lightweight, holiday/easy to just pop in the car pushchair and ended up being our favourite pushchair we owned! Stopped using any of our bigger pushchairs as it was so easy to move, had a large basket and felt strong and sturdy to just use everyday.
This same pushchair accidentally ended up becoming a little family heirloom as she was then used by extended family members for holidays for years after and became very loved. We’ve just had our son 6 months ago, and after being in storage for years, we’ve got the pushchair out, ordered a new plain hood, something more neutral than the leopard print and she’s coming on our family holidays again this year!
I’ve never known a pushchair to feel so strong, and still look as good condition as when we bought it!
Cheap in price but definitely not cheap quality.

I purchased a high chair a few months ago, it unfortunately developed a fault with the seats height adjuster. I contacted customer service and attached a video, I had a reply within 30 minutes they ordered a replacement to be delivered to me.

Beautiful Highchair…
Beautiful Highchair really expensive looking. Amazing that it reclines and folds down so easy and the wheels on the front really help. Got it for my 4 month old for when we are sat eating together so she can see us all at the table. The height levels are also another good feature.

Wrong Item Received AGAIN
I ordered the Oatmeal Herringbone High Chair for my son. The packaging and everything seemed normal until I opened the box, only to find I had received a completely different chair — and it was pink! This appears to be a common issue, as it has happened not only to me but also to a family member. Very disappointing and concerning that this mistake seems to keep occurring.
