Great light weight comfy pushchair
I was looking for a pushchair which needed to be light weight but also comfortable for my granddaughter, this literally ticked all the boxes, also has great storage underneath & a great pocket in the hood for my keys. Great price & accessories for the pushchair are reasonably priced too. Definitely a brand I’d go for again & highly recommend

Very disappointed with both the product…
Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.
Our stroller developed visible rust and a squeaking wheel within just five days of purchase while we were on holiday. The stroller was being used normally whilst we were on holiday and had not been subjected to any misuse or unusual conditions.
When I contacted customer services, I was told the rust was caused by “moisture exposure” and that corrosion can occur from rain, humidity, or coastal environments. While I understand that metal can rust over time, I find it unacceptable that a stroller designed for outdoor use could show signs of rust after only five days and had been in a slight downpour
To make matters worse, rather than offering a repair, replacement, or refund, I was advised to purchase a suitable rust remover, metal polish, and lubricant to clean the rust and prevent it from happening again. I found this particularly disappointing given that the stroller was less than a week old when the issue was reported.
What was even more frustrating was the refusal to acknowledge any possibility of a manufacturing or quality issue. Despite escalating the complaint, the company maintained that there was no fault with the product and refused to offer any remedy.
As a parent, I expect a brand-new stroller to be durable enough to withstand normal outdoor use without developing rust or requiring rust treatment and maintenance products within days of purchase.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would urge prospective buyers to consider how warranty claims are handled should any issues arise

Issue with original car seat replacement offered
Had an issue with a car seat we have been using - poor customer services an email and Edralin has been dealing with the issue, every time I emailed I got a speedy reply, a request to return the original car seat and a new replacement would be sent out - I recieved the new car seat the next day origional one is packed anyway and awaiting collection to be returned

Absolutely shocking customer service.
Absolutely shocking customer service.
Delivery courier marked my parcel as delivered and apparently item was left.
No sign of the package at all, asked neighbours etc.
Reached out to Mybabiie customer service and point blank told me that It’s marked as received.
After reaching out a few more times and wasn’t any further forward, I asked to make a complaint.
At this point I never heard anything and emailed once again to ask for a complaint reference number to support my case with small claims court & ombudsman.
Still no further forward! Seen many good reviews about Mybabiie but feel as though I’ve been scammed

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my daughter's complaint about a pram purchased from My Babiie Gibraltar
After only five months of normal daily use, the frame of the pram collapsed. This is clearly unacceptable for a product designed to carry a child safely and intended for regular use over a much longer period. The pram is advertised as suitable for children weighing up to 15kg, yet my daughter's baby is nowhere near that weight. Furthermore, the storage basket underneath is extremely small and has never been used to carry excessive items that could have contributed to the failure.
My daughter has already raised this issue with a member of your team, Maddie, but was disappointed to be informed that the company would not accept responsibility or replace the faulty frame. Given the age of the product and the nature of the fault, this response is unreasonable.
This situation has caused my daughter considerable stress and inconvenience. She is a new mother who experienced a difficult birth and C-section recovery, and she relies on her pram every day. Being left without a safe and functional pram due to what appears to be a product failure is unacceptable.
I ask that you review this matter urgently and reconsider your decision. A pram frame should not collapse after only five months of normal use, and I believe a replacement frame or other suitable remedy should be provided.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Scam
Our prams suspension broke causing it to collapse after just 5 months. It would collapse at random times. When we tried to return it (whilst under guarantee), we were told we must have put “too much weight in it”. Firstly, the basket underneath is tiny and barely fits anything substantial anyway and secondly, it’s designed to carry up to 15 kilos! Absolute scam! I purchased it from a shop in Gibraltar who tried to fight it for us but MyBabiie refused so not only have you lost me as a client, but all my mum friends know and your potential broker in Gibraltar may be hesitant to work with you now!
