Easy to order. Arrived quick only two days after it was ordered. Like the fact it can be used up until the child is 12 depending on height so no extra money for another seat.

Poor customer service
They used Evri for a delivery which Evri lost.
Getting a refund has not been easy as Mybabiie doesn't have a customer service to speak to, only email, which is slow and protracted.
Nearly 3 weeks have passed and no further forward getting my money back
Edit....since the reply from my babiie to this review I have STILL not received a refund 10.6.26

I brought a travel cot around 6 weeks ago and the slats had already broke . I spoke to Emily from customer service and I was not disappoint . Emily advised me that because I only had the travel cot for 6 weeks that they could send a new one to replace it . It’s so nice to have great customer service for once .
