I wanted a nice watch band for my new Apple Watch. I took the opportunity of the buy one/get one free promotion. I got the honeycomb in black and a link gold and silver. The honeycomb black is for every day and I LOVE it! It looks so nice and it holds the watch in place instead of sliding around. I have skinny wrist and taking out the extra clasp was easy. Customer service was great and it arrived in short time.

I had a Pretty Strap for many years and it was time to replace it. I placed my order and 2 days later we had a postal strike. 3 weeks later the strike ended and I was hoping my straps would show up- nope :( I contacted Pretty Strap customer service. Alex took care of me and within days a new order was shipped - I was so happy. This kind of service hardly exists anymore, so when you find a company that has such a high level of service - you have my business for life. Thank you Alex and Pretty Strap!!!

I ordered the wrong size watch strap for a gift. I realized it after placing the order and contacted Customer Service asking to change the size before it shipped. Alex responded immediately and advised my order was now changed to the correct size. How wonderful!!! Good (in this case, Great!) customer service is such a rarity these days. Prompt efficient information great customer service

I purchased 2 apple watch straps (BOGO offer). I was particularly excited for the Honeycomb because I've struggled to find a metal band that fit correctly, allowing the watch to function but not being too tight. I hoped that the small design would allow for a good fit and I was right! The strap is beautiful and comfortable. The bonus one also fits great, and both were available in Rose Gold to match my Watch 10 - something that was surprisingly difficult to find. Highly recommend.

I love my straps, they are unique, well made and fit nicely. I have lost count as to how many I have ordered. The packaging is nicely designed. I highly recommend My Pretty Strap.

This is my second review. The first was regarding the beauty of the metal strap. I stick with my review on the beauty of it. Beautiful.
As far as the mechanics of opening the strap when on your arm I give it a zero.
Extremely difficult to get it open. I ripped my skin trying to open it.
My son in law and daughter also try to open the lock. To no avail.
Finally after bleeding I squeezed my finger behind the watch and released the band.
I understand the latch has to be tight so you do it lose the entire watch and band.however, this was beyond difficult to open once on the wrist.
Unfortunately, I bought the gold and the sole and will not be wearing them.

What a great experience, I forgot to put the size of my watch - Customer service was 10+ - Julie reached out to me right after my order and assured me that she made the correction! I could not believe it, Quick response that she had taken care of the correction! This just never happens! Received my watch piece today!!! Thank you again Julie with Customer service!
