The straps are absolutely beautiful! I had a problem with one of the straps and they replaced it for me. Maddie gave me great customer service. I appreciate her help.

I had a hard time choosing between all the gorgeous options and finally ordered 5 bands!
They are all great looking, great quality and easy to adjust.
One of them was defective and the replacement process was very easy and simple with Maddie.

Love the look of this strap. Green is my fav colour! I love that I can adjust the fit as I have tiny wrists. I love the security of the buckle in that it’s not going to pop open and my watch fall off!

Over several years I have bought 19 straps from My Pretty Straps in gold, silver, leather and rose gold, face protectors, jewelry and their fabulous strap case (bought 3 of these). Needless to say after buying this many items I don’t need to tell you how much I love this strap company. What I will tell you is how fabulous the quality is of all of their straps and other items I bought. The lustre of the metal straps are eye catching and have had many people admire them and ask where I got them. In addition their Customer Service is exceptional (thank you Julie). I had one minor problem with one of the straps and Julie replaced it right away. I think the quality speaks for itself if one buys upwards of 20 straps and only had one small issue. Their great offers of buy one get one free etc. brings the price down to the mostly inferior Apple watch straps you find from that big online store, and you won’t find such lovely designs or materials like MPSs makes. The watch straps are stunning!
I got two and both look amazing.
One however was some how damaged I emailed support and had a response within 12hrs (I sent the email late at night)
