The I Phone protective cover broke and I cannot get anyone to help me. I'm sure there is a warranty on it. This happened in February and I just now, March 16th, found a site that may help.

I accidentally put tha wrong size for the strap I was purchasing so I reached out via email and explained to the customer service department and they got in touch with me promptly and they also corrected the size for me I am grateful that they have impeccable service

Dealing with Ron made my query a breeze. Super helpful and got my issue sorted asap. Ron went above and beyond to help me out and lightning quick response to my emails. Amazing customer service. My order arrived quickly and it was exactly what I expected. The watch strap looks beautiful, feels like great quality, and fits my wrist perfectly. It was also very easy to install on my watch.

However, one of the links was very loose, making the strap not usable. I emailed customer service on 3/4 and received a response the next day. After a couple of quick back-and-forth messages, Maddie asked for a short video of the issue. She was able to help resolve the problem, and the issue was fully addressed by 3/8. They are sending me replacement links.

Overall, everything was handled smoothly. I’m currently just waiting for the extra links to arrive, but the customer service experience was great and I’m looking forward to purchasing more in the future.

Watch straps and cases are quality. No problems with anything. Sizing is easy. No complaints. And, it is addictive.

I bought my wife the Queen Glaze Duo Gift Set. She has small wrists and resizing was a breeze. Took all of 5 seconds after watching their video. My wife is happy, it looks very, very nice on her and that's all that matters to me. Thanks for a nice product. PS - shipping time was decent, no complaints.

I had made a mistake when I ordered a cover for my watch to match my new Pretty Strap band. I sent a email in and Ron contacted me. He was SO polite and very helpful in getting me taken care of and on my way to getting the correct cover. Keep up the great customer service!

I ordered 4 bands and 2 covers from My Pretty Strap with their buy 2 get 2 free. From ordering to delivering took less than 2 weeks as promised, and I was kept advised on delivery. Each piece was packaged exceptionally well and I was delighted with how every band looked. You could feel the construction quality in each. Really appreciate the ease of the clasp mechanism. Luckily, I did not need to adjust the band length, so I can not comment on how that works. I have worn them out and even doing yard work without any issues.
I am very pleased with the product quality and have received multiple compliments on each band. In fact, have recommended My Pretty Strap to friends, family, and anyone interested.

I recently bought three straps in the buy two get one free deal. I chose my three. I had bought one two years previously. They are superb quality.
I chose my three, one similar to what I have but in gold, my watch is rose gold and two the same, one in rose gold and one in ice white. They are so incredibly pretty.

They arrived and my husband told me the two the same didn’t have a clasp so I’d have to remove it by taking it off the watch face itself. This was incorrect, of course they have clasps!!
Long story shorter, was going to send a strap back. Lots of emails back and forth between the delectable Maddie and myself. I eventually made the decision not to return the ice white strap. The cost to send to the States is silly money from the U K.

Maddie was so kind she’s given me codes to get watch faces to match my chosen straps. All that messing about with questions and emails and then I change my mind and they still reward me. THANK YOU MADDIE

I love it! I chose the Slim Honeycomb Apple watch strap because I love the 2 tone look. It can be dressy or casual. The tool & instructions included to remove links was extremely helpful! Happy birthday to ME!!

I've been looking for some new watch bands for my apple watch that looked nice, stylish, and not cheap. I bought two pretty straps; the Mermaid Stainless Steel, and the Dual Glaze Apple Watch Strap (silver/gold). I LOVE them both. Such a pleasant surprise. Pretty packaging, easy to adjust sizing (you even supply a QR code for directions), and they look great.

I love them. They look great and are good quality. The trouble is stopping at buying just one or two 😊

If I could give a zero I certainly would! I have been fighting with this company since Dec 26th! All I wanted to do was make a return. This was a gift for my daughter and it was way too big on her wrist. I have numerous emails just trying to get an address to send it back, which by the way they do not provide a return label! I finally went through my bank and disputed but for some crazy reason they reversed it. Here I am again just trying to return this junk and they still are giving me the runaround, claiming my dispute is still open! I even sent them the letter from my bank and they still tell me I cannot return it because it is still open on their end! It’s physically not possible according to my bank. Please buyer beware, do not purchase from this company! I don’t know how they are still in business.
