What a great company! I had an issue with a watch strap. Ron was the communicator for this company. He has worked with me every step of the way. In today’s world that is very rare. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you Ron!

When the strap arrived, I noticed a missing gem and reached out to my pretty strap customer care, where Ron immediately offered apologies and replacement. Even with the missing gem; I still wear the strap regularly as it isn’t noticeable without a close inspection.

I finally pulled the plug after eyeing this company’s watch bands for a year. I ordered three straps since a watch cover. They arrived in a timely manner, all lovey as reflected on the site. However, one of the bands had 3 stones missing. Long story short after several exchanges of emails and sending photos of proof, they made it right and sent a replacement.

Overall a positive experience. This was my first time purchasing from the company. I needed to make an adjustment to my order and Alex followed up with me very quickly. The level of customer service I received was excellent. In regards to the product, I’ll be honest I was expecting the quality to be a little more than it was. The pictures online appear better quality than what was received, however with that being said, I do think the product is much nicer than other ones I’ve seen in real life (I’ve seen a few purchased from Amazon and this one from My Pretty Strap is much nicer).

I absolutely love my pretty straps! They make my watch look more like jewelry. I also ordered a few of the face covers. I will need going back soon to order 1 or 2 of the leather bands!

This company is shady. Do not order from them. The customer service would not help when delivery was lost or not salvageable. Lost money. BEWARE. Do not ever purchase from them.

Ordered a strap and watch cover for my wife for Christmas. The watch cover broke over this past weekend and when I contacted them for the issue on Monday, instead of taking care of the issue with a new cover, they deflected to a 30 day return policy and an offer of 50% off a new one. I ordered the item as a Christmas gift that she didnt even open and wear until 12/26. But since I placed the order on 12/13 it was already 2 weeks old before she wore it. The cover didn't last. Why would I give you more money for something that was defective, made by a company that hides behind "policy" rather than taking care of its custoners. "Money back guarantee" yeah right...

I realized that I purchased the wrong size (42mm instead of 41mm) after I had already worn it for a week lt seemed a bit larger than I expected and then I realized my mistake I asked customer service if they would exchange even though it was against policy Maddie promptly responded and offered to let me purchase the correct size at 50% off with free shipping and I thought that was a very fair outcome!

I ordered a watch bracket and cover for my daughter but I made a mistake on my order and contacted them straight away and Alex was amazing. Got my order changed straight away and kept me informed all the way.
My daughter loves it and I am going to order 2 for myself. 1 in gold and 1 in silver.

I bought three straps and one of them fell apart after only one day. I sent in an email about it and they replaced it right away and had no issues with that. The new strap is working perfectly as are the other two. I received my product promptly and without any other issues. I’m very proud of the straps that I received.

Maddie was knowledgeable and helped me fix the issue with removing links without a tool. Also Maddie sent me a discount code to order the face that matches my watch band. I ordered matte by mistake. There was a few days in delays with back and forth emails but not too much!
