If I could go with a zero then I would. We ordered several straps from several sites so my wife could choose. The ones from MPS were decent, but not required so under the returns policy I contacted the company. It took 3 emails over 3 days to actually get a return address which was in Texas, very annoying if your in the UK and the straps were distributed from within the UK too! Its now costing me the whole cost of one of the straps to return it. I can accept return costs if its to the same place it was delivered from (eg within UK), but to ask for transatlantic tracking this is ridiculous.

I would give them a 0 start if I could. The watch did not fit the device advertised. Customer service is a NIGHTMARE- the return process is AWFUL. You have to submit photos - and a VIDEO of the strap. I had to then resubmit photos because the plastic packaging it came it was not in the first photo.
You are responsible for packaging, labeling, and return costs of the return. They then require you to submit a photo of the return label. Which they then asked ME to decipher the tracking number on- after they had it incorrect. They are either grossly incompetent or more likely greedy and unconcerned with the customer experience or product and are deliberately trying to make a return not worth it.
They also had the audacity to offer me a “generous store credit of 115%” instead of my money back. Never. Do. Not. Give. Them. Money.

The quality of each strap received was of excellent workmanship. Love each and everyone of them and some were given as gifts.

I have ordered several items and the product is always well made and beautiful. Customer Service is terrific!

Even though I haven’t received my watch strap yet, I have received excellent service regarding a question about getting the correct size for the cover and strap. The reply was prompt and helpful.

I Bought watch band and face and within no more than 15 days watch band finish has worn off face and rhinestone on watch face has fell out. I reached out to my pretty strap. They want me to pay to have a replacement shipped to me. This is only for shipping cost but me as the customer I am requesting a refund no replacement due to the quality of product. You cannot get a phone number to reach a person to speak to them directly only through email. I am going back-and-forth and unable to get this resolved product is not up to their pricing and to get a replacement or refund has been a hassle. I’m still dissatisfied and still have not received a replacement or a refund at this time would not order through them again.

We had trouble with our original strap, as the clasp was too difficult for my mom to open and close without it falling off. Maddie was so helpful, and got us a replacement with an easier type of clasp. Responses were fast and professional, and I would order from here again!

I love the look of my new gold designed straps and watch covers! I was able to completely redesign what was a good functioning apple watch (stainless steel) into a stylish looking watch with different looks to match my wardrobe. And their customer service is excellent! Ron was so helpful in helping me find/exchange a new watch cover to help complete the style of the new bands I found on the website. His communication was excellent (prompt responses) and he was able to offer me a discount on top of all the help he already gave me! Highly recommend My Pretty Strap!

These straps are beautiful, comfortable & truly go with any outfit! The leather ones are my fave but I have worn all the straps-6 I believe- & really have nothing but praise for this company & the products I have received.

I love my strap. It was very easy to adjust it to fit my wrist. I accidentally ordered the wrong cover size but Alex worked with me to resolve the case and give me 50% off discount on a new order watch cover .

Ordered a strap on the 25th November for a Christmas present. Realise on the 26th December the COMPANY have sent me the wrong size for the watch.
Contacted them and waited 2 weeks for a response to be told they can’t do anything as it’s been 30 days.
Disgusting customer service!
Now I am left with a £50 strap that I cannot use and neither can the person whose gift it was. Will never use you again. A very sad customer!

I was very upset about losing a tiny spring when trying to take links out of my strap.. but Maddie went over and beyond to make it right( when really the fault was all on me). I appreciate such wonderful customer service, and I can promise that I will be a customer for life!!
