When I was at college 10 years ago the 56 service was great - so reliable.
Now it turns up when it wants to or not at all - using the timetable is useless. "Tracking" the buses doesn't seem to work either. I don't care about the rude bus drivers but the fact the service has gone so downhill and is now completely unreliable is such a shame - especially as it's just gone up in price!!

I would normally be extremely happy with the drivers and stuff but this driver he literally saw everyone with their hand and did not stop he did not even look at us , the driver was also late he was supposed to come at 15:31 and came at 15:43. The driver that was driving the 58 bus , shame on you.

Ok so normally I would give 5 stars for the service every driver on the route 15 is great and so helpful apart from 1 named Malcom.

Today at around 17.35 he arrived behind a 16 at stop T2 and loaded the bus in the road. I am in a wheelchair and couldn't get down the raised curve. One of his colleagues even told him I was there but he chose to drive off and leave me.

I wouldn't mind but he hates getting the ramp down and is no help at all. I have complained numerous times about him to no avail. I pay to use the bus so I should not be treated like this. This is disabled discrimination as it happens so often it is disgusting.

All the other drivers are great just this one guy let's the side down.

Get a grip and sort this driver out he needs some coaching.

The number 11 bus in Nottingham takes a long time to arrive, I think there are very few buses on this line and sometimes there are no seats for passengers and we always have to spend a lot of time at the bus station.

28 bus is disgusting. They show timing in map and also bus stop screen but when I finish my work early to catch the bus they don't come in time . Also I wave 2 buses today but they didn't stop I had to wait 25mins for my bus. 3/4 days ago same thing happened with me.
Even in morning time they show 1time but bus gone sometimes little bit early.
I am really disappointed and disturb for 28bus.

I like what time the bus will get me somewhere and how sweet alot of the bus drivers are but I really wish they made the 53 a double check especially in the Morning and afternoon going Aspley and back to Clifton. The 53 gets packed really quickly and it's hard to move around but it really depends on what time you get on.

I tried to use my concessionary bus pass with a 2nd person which always works usually, but on this instance the driver would not allow us on. Then he made us pay £2.70 for a single ticket when it usually £1.70-£2.00 for under 19s depending on whether you're in the outer or inner city zone. I'm not satisfied with this experience. They should be transparent because nowhere on their bus stops does it say any prices are £2.70 and it's wrong to charge extra without telling people prices have risen.

Nottingham city transport. Very friendly and polite drivers on the 40 / 41 bus in Nottingham city. Especially two of your lady drivers on this regular bus route I must say they are friendly positive and very helpful I find Nottingham city transport far better than arriva in Leicester In my view NCT are the best in Nottingham.

I want to say huge thank you to all the staff for helping me to locate and retrieve my laptop bag I accidentally left on the bus this morning! I received the most prompt and helpful response from everyone involved. Special thanks to the person staying on the line with me throughout the ordeal, that was really reassuring and helped a lot as I was incredibly stressed! Thank you all so much!

Very very poor service. Majority of drivers are not stopping on bus stops

Regular issues with medilink always late or buses missing, tried 53 evening, very poor. Also no buses boxing day, or new years day. How sad you cannot support public, football matches, hospitality. I worked serving public many year's, unsocial hours were part of my job, there to serve the public.

19:12 pm. Bus 59 just passed by me now at Carmel garden bus stop going to Arnold and I waved at him, he deliberately didn’t stop to pick me! Meanwhile he was about 6 minutes late!! All NCT buses especially the 58 and 59 are very unreliable and drivers are very rude and wicked!!

Bus service is a joke , not reliable at all

Always late always dropping me off at the wrong bus stop, technology on their busses doesn't work always showing the wrong stops

I had the "pleasure" of using a Nottingham City Transport Bus today.
As I do not live in the City/County I was shocked they actually charge for a small dog - I presume this means they get their own seat?

What is rong all buses always missing waiting 30 mins but willing to take your money had enough of waiting for these buses

We need a new bus company!
This service is getting worse constantly, waiting for the bus for 40 minutes and seeing every bus that passes it saying cancelled. It is one of the worst companies. If I could give it 0 out of 5, I would have!

I travelled home from Nottingham City Centre today (31st October). The driver was wearing a full-face Halloween mask and hood. Totally unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

I was waiting for the bus for 20min after the bus came and didn’t even drives off didn’t even look at the bus stop to see if any one getting in and he just drive off this is 25B time 5:15 Friday what is the point of the drivers like this I’m really disappointed I get the bus every day

Absolutely terrible, bus drivers can't drive, they can't tell time, they make you wait 4 minutes after due time because they don't like to wait at empty bus stops, I'm on nctx bus now and it's empty and it took all of 5 min after due time for bus to finally come to the bus stop. Honestly you really really REALLY are better of walking or getting a taxi... Or bike. Rather paying them 500 a month(more then a nurse doing a 20 hour shift) what a scam
