An hour very well spent!
A very clear, informative and enjoyable session, despite the tense subject matter! Sammy was great and I ended the session feeling confident that I could act as a first responder if a situation ever arose - exactly what I was hoping for.

First class first aid training
Having attended a couple of first aid training days, I wasn't looking forward to this one due to the others being rubbish. This one was totally different. Really informative with great practical opportunities. Gwion, the instructor was totally professional and had real ''on site'' knowledge which also helped.
I now feel much more confident to go and help in any situation and I am in the process of buying a Defibrulator to put in my works van

Just truly amazing. Thank you so so much
The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and practical with it. He spoke at a good pace to get through content and delivered it in a way that kept us all very engaged. He added small comical comments in that helped make the course even more enjoyable.
One thing I liked was his consideration for peoples emotions given some topics could cause anxiety, and he managed this without us missing out but cautiously very well indeed.
The practical was mixed in across the day and consideration for those with less knowledge/history in this was also taken.
I thoroughly enjoyed and very much appreciated this course. Now, should I face an emergency situation, I will be better equipped to maybe save somebody’s life. Thank you so so much for empowering me with these skills.
