Life-Saving Repair Service!

I accidentally spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro 2021 and was devastated, thinking I'd lost not only a pricey laptop but also years of precious data. I reached out to Nerds2u's repair service, having heard great things, and they exceeded all my expectations!

From the outset, their customer service was impeccable. They provided clear guidance on what steps to follow before I sent in my MacBook, ensuring no further damage occurred. The entire process was transparent; they kept me informed at every stage, from diagnosis to repair.

When I received my MacBook back, it was as if the accident never happened. It functioned perfectly, and, to my immense relief, all my data was intact! The price was reasonable, especially considering the quality and speed of the service.

Kudos to Nerds2u for their expertise and professionalism. I sincerely hope I never have another liquid mishap, but if I do, I know exactly who to turn to. Highly recommended to anyone facing tech emergencies!

Great company to deal with, they fixed my laptop by replacing the motherboard after a water spill and before the replacement tried their best to actually fix it without the replacement to reduce costs. However I'm giving 4 stars due to the following items:
* When collecting my laptop they didn't provide any kind of receipt which made me nervous about giving away the equipment without any traceable evidence. However based on the many positive reviews, I wasn't too worried.
* Replaced motherboard had worse specs than the original (16GB of RAM instead of 32GB of soldered memory), would be nice if I knew that beforehand to make a decision whether it's worth it.

On the bright side, they picked up and delivered the laptop on agreed time from home - which is super convenient.

I took my MacBook to nerds2u after I accidentally squashed a tomato into my Macbook. After the incident, the MacBook was turning on, but neither the keyboard nor the trackpad were working.

Sukky worked hard to diagnose the problem, and tracked it down to issues with individual chips including the sleep/wake sensor. He ordered and replaced the problematic chips and fixed the issue.

I was really impressed by the work of him and his team as this is the sort of issue that would probably cause Apple to charge you for replacing the entire device - it’s amazing to find someone who is capable of performing
this kind of detailed work and analysis. Better for the environment too!

Would highly recommend. Fixed the water damage on my mac for less than 50% of what Apple were charging. Said it would take 3+ days but actually had it ready for collection in 5 hours.

Amazing service - very fast and very skilled. I was in a real crisis and the Nerds stepped up and did an excellent job - and very friendly too!

Our high-end gaming laptop was doing all sorts of silly things (mainly not working) - and they fixed it!

We had booked a normal appointment but it was delayed, so we opted for the express appointment (i would suggest you manage the normal appointment process as the express charge ran for the entire job time - so less value for money there - but we wanted this done asap so not bickering just offering advice)

They tried to repair what they could - they did a thorough job of updating and cleaning - they returned the kit back better than when first bot (the original reseller botched one of the setups) - they even offered to offer additional help via phone if needed.

So highly recommended for communication, repair, knowledge, and friendliness - just a reminder on managing costs and also that time is what it is to get something fixed properly.

Very helpful and persisted despite the odds (Royal Mail strikes and my personal commuting difficulties) to provide a speedy, efficient and reliable service - highly recommend!

Thank you so much nerds2u, I had important data on my laptop and my laptop was not turning on, an engineer arrived to pick up my device and was returned working, all I wanted was a the data so. Was a pleasant surprise as I had taken it to other repair stores that had told me the laptop was beyond repair. All I can say is thanks again.

They were quick to respond when I enquired about help, they turned up on time, were helpful and respectful; they went above and beyond to fix the problem and they kept me informed of what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them

Very pleased with the services provided by Nerds2u. They are an efficient and professional company. Sukky gave me advice over the phone when the initial problem arose and he proceeded to provide support throughout. He kept me informed of what the process would be in sorting out my laptop. Nerds2u collected my laptop from my flat and returned it as well, which saved me the journey of bringing it to them. Sukky communicated with me and kept me informed about the status of my issue. He ordered the necessary parts and returned the laptop as soon as the repair was sorted out.
