Excellent service from Nerds2u. The engineer sent to recover my data from my dead PC was extremely professional and affable, answering all my questions and reassuring me that everything would work out. I consider the price paid a bargain as years of priceless old photos were on the hard drive. I highly recommend Nerds2u. Top service!

Great service - the problem with my computer was a tricky one but Nerds persevered until they had fixed it, keeping me informed along the way.

This company are excellent. The customer service over the phone was amazing because they listened to me while I was stressed and then helped explain what they could do to help my problem. I'd been having major connection problems which was restricting my work but they came out when they said they would and diagnosed the problem. The technician was patient and calm and very professional. He also gave me options to save money without compromising on fixing my problem. The after sales care was top quality as well, they made sure the technician had resolved the issue and nothing was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. After spending a huge amount of money on various equipment which did not work together, this was the best money spent. Very nice expert came and resolved all and offered to look into other areas while he was here anyway as the time was not yet up. Highly recommended.

Yusif at Nerds2U was absolutely incredible. Without being melodramatic - I honestly think it is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. He not only sorted my PC problems he helped me emotionally and practically through a difficult time to a level way over and above the call of duty and rang back to check on me too. My laptop breaking had caused a huge number of logistical problems which Yusif also managed to conquer with his wise words one by one. I would recommend him and the company highly to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble.

Positives first - The service was top notch. The engineer, Sukky, was friendly, professional and constantly kept me abreast of my laptop repair's progress via text. I also needed the repair done within a tight time-frame, and he went so far as to work overnight to accomodate this for me. I appreciated this greatly.

The only thing I would complain about was the price, which I think no quality of service could quite justify. £100 an hour for labour does seem a bit steep.

Fantastic service from everyone at Nerds2u. I went to look for a 24hr call out computer repair service, and was delighted to find one! I was kept informed on the progress of the repair, and they went out of their way to get it back to me as soon as possible.

I was supposed to buy a new computer since I noticed it was slowing down at the same time it has some cosmetic damage. But these guys gave it a quick fix and now I feel like my laptop is good as new. No need to buy a new one! I am so happy the problem was resolved soooo quickly. Your nerds are really wonderful! The service was great not to mention the cost. I'd recommend them far and wide to everyone!
