To say these guys go above and beyond isn’t even close to enough when describing this place.
I’ve had some awful experiences with car dealers in the past and NWA have completely restored my faith.
I bought a car from them last year, which was a trade car… which means no warranty, no checks, sold as seen etc.
It was cheap as chips and didn’t last very long.
Not only did NWA buy the car back, they also gave me a free year’s warranty on the next car I got from them (usually £400).
Ran perfectly for a good few months and then had a bit of mechanical trouble… they were straight on it and it was all fixed within two days. Got it back today and it’s like a brand new car.
The guys and gals are all friendly and sincere (shout out to Rhys and Paige especially), and genuinely care about their jobs and customer satisfaction.
Integrity and honesty. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Bad experience
We drove from Derby to Blackburn, to view a car on Saturday, paid £199 to reserve & view/ test drive. Told them on the phone how far we were driving. Got there the car was completely boxed in 3 rows back.
Virtually no space to view it, there was literally an inch between its front number plate & the car in front of it, clearly wasn't ready for a test drive! It looked in poor state anyway from what we could see. What a waste of a 200 mile round trip. Thanks for nothing. The salesman offered me the keys, i said (sorry i wont waste your time). The salesman even asked me where we have driven from, and was surprised when i said Derby, You were clearly not prepared for us turning up, although i had booked this viewing in advance. So do not try worm your way out of a bad experience caused by yourselves being unprofessional. Have a nice day

Rejected a vehicle within 30 days as not fit for purpose. Losing power, emitting thick black smoke. Paid for its return as the vehicle could not be driven at a cost of £250 to us on the 25th June 2025. We still have not had a resolution to this issue. We remain without our vehicle and have not had a refund.
North West Autos are currently rejecting that the vehicle has a fault even though we had it inspected by a local garage and have video evidence of thick black smoke.
North west auto's claim that a specialist has inspected the vehicle but are struggling showing us the report and diagnostics.. apparently the accounts team have the information. I've asked five times to see this information to date and still nothing.

I am embarrassed and devestated that I ever got myself involved with such an awful company. I have no choice but to now take legal action at a further cost to us, to get our refund. This company do not do the right thing by it's customers. If you want to avoid high stress, inconvenience and additional costs then avoid this car dealer.

I will amend my review with any updates - positive or negative.

This company are terrible, have no integrity, poor customer service, sell vehicles which are faulty and then refuse to refund. Avoidance tactics used at every turn. Worst experience. Avoid like the plague.

Great service call on the Sunday about a ford mondeo the member of staff took a deposit as I was over 60 miles away so the car was still available when I went to see it on the Monday. I arrived and the place as 100s of nice and affordable cars. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. And the process was smooth and easy.
The service that is provided with the car i got is cam belt and water pump and full service with i this is great.

When I first come in they was very welcoming and wasn’t pushy at all they let me start the car up and take as long as I wanted looking at it , didn’t try force me into a decision give me time to make my mind up Great service

Great experience with the team at North West Autos! Super friendly, honest, no pressure service from walking in through vehicle purchase. Special shout out to Adam who helped organise a test drive and answered all my silly questions on the same day I walked in. Excited to pick up my car! Would recommend the team and company!
