I purchased the Hungarian 95% goosedown …
I purchased the Hungarian 95% goosedown pillow which is very flat and soft and gives no neck support. Paid a lot of money for it and now Lucas wants me to send it back and pay more money for it. Never buying a pillow online again because you can't try before you buy and not happy with the after sale response. I read another review where they arranged to return the pillow and increase the fill free of charge but they won't do it in this case. Be aware before spending so much money.

As mentioned in my follow up email, we have information on the website about our pillows that includes what firmness they are. We try to give our customers as much information as possible on our items to make the online shopping experience easier, including information on choosing what is the right pillow for you and it is there so we can try to do as much as possible to avoid situations like this. Sending the pillow back to us so we could increase the fill level for you was only a suggestion to help you with your problem, which unfortunately comes with extra cost due to more down being required. Very impressed with service
Very impressed with service. My bamboo pillow arrived by courier The packaging was water damaged. After quickly opening the packaging I presumed the pillows would be ok cause they were zipped in plastic bags. They weren't ok they were water marked. When I phoned customer service even though I took full responsibility they immediately sent out two replacement pillows!!!!
You can't get better service than that.

Four Seasons down and feather duvet inner
I am very impressed with both the product and service from Novadown.
The reason I specifically bought from this company is because they do NOT use the down and feathers from live geese and ducks.
The four seasons down and feather duvet I purchased is wonderfully light and warm.
This is the fourth duvet inner I have bought from Novadown, so obviously I am very, very happy with their products, great communication and excellent service.
