Having viewed the car online with autotrader and liasing directly with NSN on questions, I choose to pay a deposit with them at distance to reserve the car. On arriving to collect the car within 48 hours the car was filthy and not prepared for sale, it had a warning light on the dashboard, the fog light was broken and the windscreen damaged. Based on the warning light for an unknown reason and the other undisclosed issues I decided to walk away. The dealer is now refusing to refund the deposit which by law it appears they should. They are also advertising themselves as an AA Approved dealer which from the AA website itself they are not. My advice is stay well clear.

Sold a car that was not roadworthy. Very dangerous vehicle. Falsified service history. Police informed- officer investigating said we'd dodged a bullet returning the vehicle. Rude, threatening con men. Many many fake Google reviews - they don't even bother changing the wording. Ai job for sure.

I recently visited N & S Cars to test drive a Porsche Boxster and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Ben was brilliant throughout the process friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about both the cars and the business. He took the time to talk me through the car in detail, answer all my questions, and share some insight into the company’s journey and future plans.

The test drive itself was incredibly comprehensive, lasting around an hour and covering a variety of roads, which gave me a real feel for the car and helped me better understand exactly what I’m looking for. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, just honest advice and a genuine enthusiasm for helping me make the right decision.

While this particular Porsche wasn’t quite the right specification for me, the experience was invaluable and I’m very grateful for the time Ben spent with me.

It’s clear N & S Cars care about doing things properly, and it’s great to see they’re moving into a larger premises and investing in creating more content around the business. I’m looking forward to following their journey and keeping an eye on their future stock.

Highly recommended, and I’d happily return when the right car comes along.

Lies from day 1, mis described vehicle, fake service history, not a chance the vehicle had passed an mot. Refused to discuss the vehicle, blocked my number. Loads of 5 star google reviews from fake accounts.

Police now involved. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these two con men!

Please do not buy a car from this company. My daughter was sold a car that was unfit for purpose and downright dangerous. The car had a false service history and I dread to think if it had seized in the fast lane on the motorway with my daughter and grandsons on board. The staff at NSN were extremely rude and threatening.
