Thought the bad reviews were from a bunch of low beats not being able to accept they've lost but turns out they're more real than the fake 5 star reviews. Absolutely awful casino. Been waiting since Wednesday for my withdrawal to be approved. The payments team clearly sit on their backsides chatting at the coffee machine rather than approving withdrawals. It's been longer than their advertised up to 72 hours timeframe. They clearly don't work weekends either. I only signed up because a website said "instant withdrawals". Never waited this long on any other site. The minute this withdrawal is approved and hits my account it's an immediate account closure. How weird too that theres no live chat. If you have a pending withdrawal and you go to click on the help section it just comes up with "payment processing" and a broken link to your pending withdrawals page. This seems to be commonly reported. What sort of legitimate operation would not have a customer service or live chat option to at least question or inquire. So fishy. I can also confirm that the support team do not reply to emails. Absolutely regret signing up to this casino. Just wanted a quick win and a quick payout and it's been everything but. Fully expecting them now to start making me jump through hoops to even get my withdrawal. It will be a long drawn out verification process as others have stated. This isn't even a review from someone who's lost and is bitter. I have one but somehow feel like I have lost.

They have now refused to pay my £600 because my partner who has since left me a year ago had an account with them at some point. Which I was unaware of. She has since left the property, so they have closed my account and refused winnings.

Have to be honest. I made a deposit and then panicked after I read the reviews. But in my experience it's been brilliant. I won £500 , withdrew it in the afternoon. Next day it was in my bank. Made two withdrawals since and they have paid out within two hours. Very good service.

Joke of a site!, take your more very small percentage payout and then block your account days later without any explanation!! Don’t not use this Company they are frauds!!!

Been waiting 2 days for a withdrawal, keep telling me to wait upto 72 hours.... then after the 2 days of waiting ask me to verify, go to verify and on my account it says I'm all caught up and verified! So can't even upload any documents, clearly trying anything to keep my withdrawal, never known anything like this. Asking for selfie with Id from waist up with full arm in the picture, very wierd stuff & bank card (fine I do this on other sites) but doesn't say to cover some of the numbers on your bank card like other sites do!

Stay well away from this site countless problems asking my verification sent them everything got a response from the live chat person got screenshot of all the process he said your documents have been approved but when I go in to the online verification bit still says waiting for approval pure lies

deposited a few times and lost - i then won £500.22 and put on for withdrawal - i chase the withdrawal - then get an email asking for verification (no worries) - i try and log into my account to send them the verification that they want - and they have blocked my account!

So took my money and blocked me and not given me my withdrawal
