SuprNation Ltd

This site is seriously terrible! Wins are few and far between. There is no help/support on the website, the actual live chat doesn't exist. I did a withdrawal and I had to email 3 times, met with the same response it can take 48 hours. Direct bank transfer was used to deposit and withdraw? I got my withdrawal at 46 hours ha! My bank actually blocked my deposits on three separate occasions flagged as fraud and I went mental with my bank! In hindsight I should have left after the dodgy withdrawal but stupidly I stuck with the site for 2 weeks, lost a small fortune, every game you seem to get a decent win in the first few spins and then all losses after. Good front offering free spins and cashback but never any decent wins. Something definitely sus about the site almost like it's a copy and you're not playing the actual real games. As others have echoed bonuses are very rare. This site needs investigating!

I've given it a couple of days until writing this review. On the 10th I was given free spins to play and wager. I ended up with a couple of hundred to bank, which I requested via the bank transfer route as I made deposits that way with no problem. This should be instant, but the request is still pending nearly 2 days later. I have tried to access live chat but I can't, I have already provided proof of ID etc so that shouldn't be the reason for this delay. Depositing was easy enough, why not withdrawals?? I will be seeking advice should this take any longer.

Day 6 waiting for my little win of £140 to actually appear in my bank account. I am verified. I’ve played many times and enjoyed myself but the moment I win a little and try to withdraw it’s a hard slog! Everything is in order with my account generic email responses saying thank for your patience and we understand just experiencing high volume at the moment and so on! Jeez no other site takes this long what is Nyspins problem 🤣🤣 I tell you something reviews saying such things as “I can’t believe bad reviews I’ve not had a problem” I used to say the same thing until this happened to me 🤷‍♀️ Food for thought.

Never play this very bad never had a spin 1000 pounds please do not play

Never play with this casino.they are just liars.they steal the money and keep what you win.i will be a report for them .

Dreadful verification process 25/2 they told me it was time to verify my account I had to order a new passport did so gave them that verification done in seconds, proof of address still ongoing I have given them five different things with my name and address on and they have said no to them all, wonder if I didn’t have nearly a thousand pounds in my account to be withdrawn would it be quicker, maybe time to take it further

Won 30 quid, and they have refused the withdrawal 3 times, even though all my details are correct. PATHETIC.

If I could give minus 1 star I would. I started out enjoying this site actually however… I won £457 on a bonus then had to play £940 to get near that being real money which fortunately I actually got about 400 of it however I did 2 seperate withdrawls of 200 one came to me the other is being held now for the 3rd day and I still have no answers as to why! They will still allow me to deposit though lol laughable. I review online casinos for a living to over 49k ppl and I swear I’ve waited and waited to give them a chance however this is long enough. ALSO IF U HAVE A PENDING WITHDRAWAL U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT SUPPORT VERY FISHY, u have no way to query ur issue and emails are just ignored. Actually finding an email is almost impossible. Heed my warning this is no joke

Really poor spent deposited and lost but then won £850 from bonus to which they then adjusted funds and took £750 off me saying I could only win up to £100 from bonus. Different the fact that I have deposited and lost money perhaps I should request my losses back as they can just take funds from you and not pay out.

Terrible site verification a joke slow customer service 3 days to verify /withdraw and still nothing stay away from this site and its sister sites

Deposted £50, 20p spins and got 1 bonus and won £5. A lot of the games don't load. Its not a very good casino but there are worse. Like the comments say, it feels very hard to get a bonus. I win much more often on any other site that I play.

Not had any issues so far with Ny Spins. Although a little hard to get Bonuses, i have won & withdrawn 3 times. The initial withdrawal was a little slow, but this may be due to a weekend falling in between, plus i am new to their casino. Withdrawn once since which was actuoned the following day & current withdrawal pending. I feel payments Pend for a while, once released i've had no issues so far. I've not even had to verify yet, although i'm sure this will be required at some point reading other reviews. On the whole, no bad experience so far. They also give lots of free spins, although subject to wager requirements but you can also use point system to purchase free spins that do give real money winnings.

Happy to take money without verification but when it comes to paying out its a different story. I have no up to date photo I'd so am unable to get my withdrawals til I do so. Very poor help team.

Keep away ask you for bank statements that is none of their business and even though you have a 20 pounds limit and gamble responsibly they close your account and they take ages to pay out, keep away

Do not play on these sites, happy to take deposits but if your actually manage to win it’s impossible to withdraw. They restrict your account and there is no support what so ever.

Tell you to contact live chat… which doesn’t actually exist, that’s fantastic!

No reply from emails, your just left in the dark. Restrict your account and good bye.

Save your time and money, play at a reputable casino and don’t deposit on the scam sites.

This is scam company, you will never be able to withdraw your money.

Not sure all the bad reviews must be fake they have excellent customer service and they pay out winnings fast there sister Company is voodoodreams never had a issue with them highly recommended ps ignore the fake negative reviews this is a genuine review and there a very good casino i do have a pending withdrawal with them will update soon as I receive it

Played with them for a long time had a good time with them until the confiscated my winnings and provided poor customer services

For a long time player I expected more and certainly would recommend people not to use them when there are so many other great casinos

Played all night depositing over £300 . Finally got a bonus , 4 attempts later and banked £530 . Then the site blocked me opening games , support cut me off when I was asking them what's going on and stopped me opening chat , no money has gone back into my PayPal & today tried to open the site and its showing me only java script on a black screen!! Emailed them and no response!! This is disgusting. I'll ne reporting this to the gambling authority
Never known anything like it

Awful gaming site very very few bonus given out and when you do. It isn't even worth what you put into it to get a bonus.

Also the charge for each time you deposit is the only gaming site I have came across that does that.

As other reviews say don't waste your money on this site it is Wolfe and and no thrill at all.
