Paul Barnes and his team were able to sort out our longstanding and complicated situation whereby notwithstanding the lessees of our apartments acquired the freehold it was fettered by our ongoing obligation to pay ground rent to a company of the original freeholder. Thank you!

ODT have extremely poor communication across their partners (namely Kirsty Perryman-Best, Lawrence Gibbons and Paul Barnes).

They do not answer calls or respond to emails and will instruct their reception to fob you off as best they can.

This is not a serious firm and if you value being updated or having clear communications then I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Do not use. Harvey wasted my time and invoiced over £700 without any legal advice or certainty. Just a response saying I am unsure.

Aneliese was truly excellent - I was recommended her and there was incredibly clear and timely communication throughout the process of selling my house. As a result everything was incredibly smooth!

The real test of their professional expertise and patience came when I purchased my bungalow, they dealt with the Estate Agent who failed to accurately give details regarding a Service Charge, failed to give accurate figures regarding shared ownership and a seller who failed to give basic and accurate information without numerous requests.
