The most revealing thing about these Trust Pilot reviews is the discrepancy between those that are damning and those that follow - always hugely complimentary! Hmmm. I wonder which are authentic? This is certainly a dud firm of incompetent and disreputable operators. They initially purport to be efficient and capable but then - slowly, inexorably and painfully - prove to be neither. It has been more than a year of frustration and money down the drain. Complain at your leisure but they will do nothing about it (I’ve been driven to the Ombudsman as a result). Be warned and don’t touch them with a barge pole. This is a real review provided by a real person. Any glowing reviews that come after this one are almost certainly contrived.

Super experience with Alexandra and…
Super experience with Alexandra and Ciara in the conveyancing team. Prompt and regular communications, great empathy and common sense shown in dealing with the other solicitor's queries. Very detail focused, very careful working through our file and they have an extensive understanding of the legalities of leasehold/freehold properties in Brighton and Hove with period properties. Would use in the future even though we don't live in the area. Thoroughly recommend.

Joanna was so professional and wonderful
Joanna was absolutely wonderful!! Communication could not have been better. After using a huge conveyacing company,and not being happy this service was outstanding. If I ever need a solicitor I’m using her and ODT. Honestly thanks for making a stressful time so much easier.

AVOID
AVOID. Price quoted for conveyancing is for the bare minimum of work. Slow and unresponsive. Not a single phone call (NOT ONE!) during what took 7 months for a simple sale. Expect to be charged at least double the fee quoted. Very disappointed.
