I am a repeat customer near Houston, TX for Olshan and my Representative is Joseph B. My home had to be leveled a year ago...there has been no issues. The 2nd, unrelated issue came about be on Monday during construction. I called Joseph again and he came out within hours. My work is scheduled for next week. The service is ALWAYS exceptional from all that I've worked with at Olshan.

Called for a free estimate on work that needed to be done very knowledgeable and easy to understand and quote seemed reasonable.I will not be using Olshan at this time but they will be my call too person when I’m ready

The service was excellent. Nate was very professional and explained every step that will take place during the consult of repairing my driveway.

An unavoidable circumstance caused a huge problem with our foundation while it was being leveled. The occurrence was really not the fault of anyone and the contract we had clearly stated that Olshan was not responsible for the damage done. However, they chose to take out the damaged concrete and replaced it with new! Simply put, Olshan took care of the "Old Folks"! Thank You!

Cesar inspected my home inside and out and gave a thorough assessment of our problems which included a French drain to drain all water flowing under the home and to install better vents and fans under the home to keep moisture from building under the home. This is a good solution to our problems. Thank you Olshan.

As I've mentioned before, Marcos Rivera was very thorough and gave an easy to understand explanation of what is going on with foundation.

We had a great experience working with our assigned technician, Cameron. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process without ever making me feel pressured. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the project (due to timing), his customer service and professionalism were truly excellent. We greatly appreciated his honesty, time, and expertise. We will definitely return to Olshan when the time is right. Thank you!

Olshan Foundation Repair was here for 2 days. Edwardo was my contact. He was very cordial and professional. Also Rogelio, Juan, Diego, Jesus, Milton, and Captain were friendly, cleaned up everything, replanted a few small plants that were moved, and just generally did a great job! I would definitely recommend Olshan for anyone needing foundation work. Excellent all the way around. And Gerard, the engineer was great
. He answered all my questions beforehand so I knew exactly what was going to happen, and how. Really helpful!

I had uneven floors and Joe Arendall, crew manager and his crew Michael, Anthony, Odilia, and Agustin came to my
house and put beams and jacks in my crawl space
and helped to lift up the places in my floors that were
uneven. Also, I had cracks on the outside at the back
of my house and had a window that was bowed and not straight. Jose Santos, crew manager and his crew Antonio, Alonso, Horrellovia, Eric. and Mario came and put cable lock piers under my back porch that fixed the cracks and also helped so much around my window. All of these men on the 2 different crews did a great job in getting my house back in order. They all did a wonderful job, and they cared about what they were doing and was doing the job right. I am so pleased with these 2 crews that really helped my house from just going down hill. I recommend Olshan for any foundation work that needs to be done. So if you have any issues call Olshan.
