The process started with an evaluation of the foundation of the house, and an analysis of the different levels measured in numerous points of the floor around the whole house. The measurements were taken by a little machine with wheels that measures and compares the "0" level with the unleveled surfaces.
Mr. Raul Cardenas is the technician who did this evaluation and analysis and at the end of it he provided me with a diagram of my whole house with all the leveled and unleveled measurements.
He then gave me an estimate of the repair job with tentative dates to proceed with this enormous project and a contract to review and sign.
Since I didn't want any holes dug inside my house, Mr. Cardenas designed a plan to excavate 3 tunnels under the foundation to be able to access the center of the house and install 8 columns/pylons and another 12 around the perimeter of the front of the house. 20 pylons in total were built and inserted into the ground to support the foundation of the house. Then, Hydraulic jacks at the end of the pylons suspended the foundation inch by inch until it was completely leveled. A Romans and Egyptians job done right here under my house.
Mr. Cardenas and Melanie with their team of around 30 professionals from Olshan Foundation did this enormous and very qualified job, originally planned for 5 days but accomplished in just full three days.
I thank very much OLSHAN FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS for a job very well done and Mr. Raul Cardenas for all his professional approach, answering all my question and getting my house leveled once again.

I was really impressed with the supervisor Rey and his crew Dardy, Gabriel, Romeo, Donis and Gustavo that was sent by Olshan out Memphis, TN. The minute they got here they started unloading their supplies and equipment. Rey introduced himself and from that moment on kept me informed on where they were under my house and what they were doing. He was coming in with his level and checking every section of every room commuting with his guys under the house making sure after the support beams were added that they got every section of that room level. I thank everyone of them for the attention they gave to my home to make sure it was repaired correctly and making it the best it could be. Thank you Olshan. I’ll recommend you to anyone that needs your services.

I needed an assessment on my foundation. Olshan promptly came out to my house and Jason was on time and respectful of my property. He completed his assessment and took time to review it with me. Was thorough and answered all of my questions and provided a copy of his report. This was all at no cost. No high pressured salesman tactics just professional advice. The service was excellent. Nate was very professional and explained every step that will take place during the consult of repairing my driveway.

An unavoidable circumstance caused a huge problem with our foundation while it was being leveled. The occurrence was really not the fault of anyone and the contract we had clearly stated that Olshan was not responsible for the damage done. However, they chose to take out the damaged concrete and replaced it with new! Simply put, Olshan took care of the "Old Folks"! Thank You!

Cesar inspected my home inside and out and gave a thorough assessment of our problems which included a French drain to drain all water flowing under the home and to install better vents and fans under the home to keep moisture from building under the home. This is a good solution to our problems. Thank you Olshan.

As I've mentioned before, Marcos Rivera was very thorough and gave an easy to understand explanation of what is going on with foundation.

We had a great experience working with our assigned technician, Cameron. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process without ever making me feel pressured. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the project (due to timing), his customer service and professionalism were truly excellent. We greatly appreciated his honesty, time, and expertise. We will definitely return to Olshan when the time is right. Thank you!
