For the past two years Tony, Sara and his team have been very beneficial with the handling of my tax challenges. They have been knowledgeable, professional and capable of putting a personal and financial plan together for my unique tax needs. I trust their valuable legal expertise and experience and know that my case with be handled effectively and efficiently.

I have used Omni two times. I have to say, Crystal Kelly has always been on the money working for me and always gets back to me with calls. I want to thank all who helped me at Omni
and have to tell the people who need help, call Omni.

These guys are awesome! They helped me with my tax situation and they were able to get some of my penalties removed which was very helpful! Would definitely use again if the situation arose.

I just want to say that Amanda and her team have made a very stressful situation and very easy one. I look forward to having the rest of my case resolved and no offense to her but I hope after it I never have to speak to her again after that HaHa!

We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do. I always had updates/communication with Crystal and/or Jennifer and they were tenacious when COVID unexpectedly delayed the process.
Overall, I would say that unless you are an expert in this area, you need guidance in uncharted waters when dealing with the IRS. Omni can help!

Patricia and her associates were very courteous and helpful and resolving my IRS payment situation. Under the current Covid Pandemic it was hard keeping communication on a timely basis. Having to give up their office and set up in their personal homes put a little strain on connecting via cell phone. Matt Rebholz and his team helped my mother during an awful time when she owed the IRS over $40,000. He gave her a terrific price and their team has worked diligently, getting it resolved. After the initial call, I was skeptical and wanted to speak to him myself because I look after my mother. He spoke with me for over an hour after work to accommodate all of my questions. Brett Tougas and his Staff at Omni Tax Help are PHENOMONAL!! The Customer Service they provide is above and beyond what I've experienced in a very long time. Especially, considering you are dealing with taxes. Not a very comfortable subject to discuss. I first started receiving calls and texts from Omni for about two years. During that same period I received all types of correspondence from other companies who claim to provide tax services. I decided to go with Omni because of the conversation I had with one of their Staff Members back in July 2018. He wasn't pushy at all. He simply answered my questions and said I could always call him back if I had additional questions. He just wanted me to be well-informed once I was ready to start the process. Since that initial interaction was SO POSITVE, I knew once I was ready I would utilize Omni's services. In early May 2020, I started receiving numerous texts from Brett about a new program the IRS had rolled out due to the pandemic. I was curious so I called and spoke with Brett Tougas. The first thing I noticed was his professionalism. Not to mention he was very patient with me. I had just lost my fiancee' and I wasn't 100%. However, I really wanted to know if Omni could help me. We talked about 1 hour and he answered all of my questions. He really made me feel comfortable doing business with him. He referred me to one of his Associates, Hope Wunner. She was very thorough as she explained to me what was needed to get the process going. I provided everything she requested by the first week of June 2020. All I can say is EVERYTHING WAS SETTLED WITH THE IRS IN 30 DAYS, COVERING FIVE (5) TAX YEARS!! I have a friend who went with another company months before I started to address outstanding tax issues with Omni and his situation still isn't resolved. Omni Tax is the third company I used to help me with my tax issues. The first took my money and did nothing. The second started off good, but then after years of no resolution I decided to hire Omni Tax. From day one Lila & Erin from Omni were proactive and on top of my case. They were informative and provided updates regularly. They were able to get me an affordable payment plan and some of my state penalties removed. Wish I would have hired them sooner!

There is probably not much more intimidating or that strikes fear in American workers than a letter from the IRS. Like many Americans, I received a letter from the IRS followed by actions that involved liens and loss of income from garnishment payroll actions directly from the IRS. In several instances, Federal tax liens were applied to my property and I was NEVER notified. I discovered this tax lien action only when I reached out for help from OMNI TAX HELP (OMNI). Later I was told by an IRS person that the notice of tax lien was delivered to my home address by the (highly undependable) US Mail system - and not by certified or any other "guaranteed" delivery service.

When I discovered that for several years the company and person I had always counted on to file my taxes had not done so, I was at the point of either jumping off a bridge or never being able to sleep again. This is a personal admission of how helpless I felt.

First, I didn't understand the tax processes in my own country - the United States. Secondly, I felt that I had no one to turn to for help. Since that time, OMNI has helped me and really has given me the complete confidence that they are on my side and really help. Ms. Amanada at OMNI has provided a personal interface that gives me the assurance that OMNI will provide all the help that is possible to assist me in clearing my IRS tax issues and debt.
