Ashley and her team at Omni went above and beyond for us! After paying another company thousands without any resolution, we tried working with the IRS ourselves. They show no mercy. Omni called us several times and my husband finally took the phone call. They were so kind, knowledgeable and upfront about their fees, we decided it was worth the gamble...not only did they come through so we didn’t lose everything, to our surprise, they didn’t stop and we received a second abatement!

I hadn't filed my taxes in over 10 years. I was way behind, overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Lila and her team were extremely helpful, understanding and very wonderful to work with. Initially the goal OMNI and I tried to achieve was to eliminate completely the money I owed the IRS. Because of some complicated issues we were not able to accomplish our initial goal but the good news is that OMNI was able to classify me as “un-collectible”. This was a life saver. I'll start by saying my tax issues didn't happen overnight and didn't go away overnight due to the complexity of my case.
