Avoid this seller!!! Bought a bike for my daughter three weeks ago, they advertise shipping 2-4 business days. After waiting for 2 weeks I contacted them and they said they would ship this week, but today they just cancelled my order. They sell something they don’t have stock, they could tell me this when I order with them, they could tell me when I checked with them last week. But no, they keep lying, saying they will ship my order and then suddenly cancel last minute. My daughter won’t get her birthday present on time. Never buy from this seller or you may be fooled like me. Onsport is a dishonest seller who does not even deserve one star.

The watch is the main thing I ordered. Its fine, all good.
But I also ordered a pack of playing cards, which was never in the delivery.
I let it go for a little while thinking it may be backordered, Christmas rush or something.
But anyway, should I still be waiting for it?

Flippers, we ordered and received, was pretty dirty and looked like a second hand. It made my son disappointed since we waited for the delivery for longer than usual.

Best price and goods arrived 3 days later. THen I received a $10 joining fee discount; win/win

Speedy service and delivery can't ask for more!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Selling items they don't even have in stock. No communication and waiting almost a month for our goods which we still don't have. Buy anywhere but from this business. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Rating should be zero, placed an order 4 weeks ago and they still can’t get any stock to fulfil order. No updates terrible customer service

Ordered a bike for my toddler advertised as in stock on January 19th. Supposed to ship within 3 business days. A week later and still no follow up notifications or emails I asked them what was holding things up. They responded by saying its not in stock and they are cancelling and refunding my card. From reading other reviews, I'm not the first to experience this. They still have the bike advertised as in stock on the website and listed as part of their Australia day sale. First time using this company, terrible service, waste of time, won't be using again. Avoid!

Ordered my daughter a lifespan monkeys bars set on the 28th Dec 2021, thinking that almost 4 weeks time would be plenty of time for it to arrive for her birthday on January 24th. After 2 weeks of no update or email, I got in touch with customer service to be told their shipment had been delayed but it should arrive before Jan 24th. I emailed them again to be told that it would not arrival until after the 24th. Today on the 25th Jan I emailed them AGAIN, only to be told that unfortunately they would have to cancel my order as they can’t get stock.

Absolutely horrible to be jerked around for 4 weeks, to just have my order completely cancelled. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Onsport sell products that they do not have in stock.

I ordered a watch that was on sale. There was no indication the watch was not in stock. It was in stock at other retailers for the same price.

A week after ordering I had not heard about shipping so I emailed Onsport. I was informed that they were waiting for Garmin to deliver stock and it would be 1 to 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark I asked for an update and I was told they do not know when it will arrive.

The watch remains for sale on the website even though they do not know when stock will arrive.

I asked if I could have the same discount on other watches and I was told they have no stock for these other watches either. The website has these other watches for sale as well.

After reading some reviews, it seems this issue applies to other items beyond watches.

I will not be buying from Onsport again but if you decide to, I suggest you contact them and confirm they have stock first.
