I ordered item on a Thursday & 2 days later on Saturday the item was delivered to my door - from interstate despite being busy time.

First time purchase through Onsport, good price, good tracking and very good delivery lead time, especially during this pandemic period. Good work to the team.

I purchased a basketball hoop on 5 Dec 2021 which was for my son's Christmas present. It was shown as in stock and cost over $2000. After following up on why it wasnt delivered yet, I finally managed to get hold of their customer service to be told that the delivery was delayed due to no stock. I received no communications, no advice in any way of the delay. Their solution, after sitting on my $2024 was to refund me and let me try to find a way to get another basketball net before Christmas. This place is hopeless!!!!!

I ordered shoes at a discounted price.
They turned up in a timely manner.
The correct model, size and colour were sent.
These shoes are replacing an existing pair of the same model.
Why should this sound so odd … because online shopping is fraught with hazards and unscrupulous vendors.

Purchased a pair of shoes and after not getting a notification of it being dispatched 2 weeks later I contacted Onsports to see what the go was. They advised they were waiting for stock. The item was showing as out of stock on their website so I asked if it was definitely coming back into stock. After that they replied that actually they weren’t expecting anymore stock and cancelled my order. Pretty disappointing as they would have just left my order pending there for who knows how long if I hadn’t pushed them on it. I since bought another pair in a different commute but had to pay more because the special had finished :(

I am so disappointed with my experience with Onsport.
I placed an order in early November with the delivery expectation of the next week.
When I had not received it, I approached Onsport and they said there were delays.
After a couple more weeks, I reached out again and they said they would check with Australia Post - which Australia Post confirmed they did not!
I reached out to Onsport again - twice, and received no response.
It is now one week from Christmas and I still don’t have my parcel or any indication if I can get my money back.
I understand that delays and parcel issues occur, but Onsport has made no attempt to help me, or now even respond.
I used Onsport because they are affiliated with Qantas and I thought they would be reputable - which unfortunately they are not.

Order missing an item. Contacted customer support and got an answer within 24hrs (which is great), they said they need to ask the warehouse team about what happened. Haven't had a further response (over 2 days), but I know you must be busy with Xmas orders.

My order was urgent and when contacting customer service they upgraded my postage to express. Much appreciated!

Exactly not what it says it is. Wanted to buy two pairs on Altra Paradigm 6 shoes, 2 different sizes and site still says they are available but they aren't. Wanted to talk to them using their live chat which wasn't up when they said it would be. If you are going to sell something make sure it's in stock before you put it up on the web like others do. Now bought from a competitor.

I bought Fitbit watch versa 3, this year. After usage of two months the screen was off and I couldn't get it fixed and onsport never responded and helped with this. Wastage of money. Bad management of disputes.

Actual stock levels are unrelated to the ability to add an item to your cart, so you can purchase an item that they don't have.
I waited a whole week after receiving my initial order confirmation email and still hadn't received shipping info, so emailed them and received a reply stating that they had oversold the product, and were waiting for restocking. I suspect they never had the stock to begin with and were ordering ad hoc from their supplier.
Unless you're happy to wait an unknown amount of time for your order to be fulfilled, I'd avoid.
At least they processed my refund quickly.

Ordered a present for my nephew in Australia (I’m in the uk). Paid and got an email confirming the order. Was a bit concerned when over 10 days later I hadn’t heard anything more about the order so followed up with a quick email to see if it had been dispatched yet. Got an email back saying it hadn’t been dispatched and wouldn’t be dispatched because it was out of stock and they would not be getting any stock. What completely poor customer service! If I hadn’t followed up, I would never have known and I’m assuming they would have been happy to keep my money!! Why is an item on your website if it’s not in stock?? So you’ve had my money for ages and have only just now asked if I want a refund because I contacted you. Thieves.

Inventory system is not a reflection of their stock. Other reviews here show that items out of stock is a common problem for them, going back beyond December 2020.

Saw the Garmin 745 on special for $424.00 (it was a Garmin sale as the device was the same sale price at competitors like rebel sport). I then went and used points from an app to purchase gift vouchers ($200) to make the purchase even sweeter. One week after ordering, onsport emailed me cancelling my order (unable to fulfil), yet the device was still in stock under a new offer. Refund was processed, with no notification about my vouchers - it turns out these were also refunded.

When asked for more information, onsport said that they were trying to remove the item from sale as their inventory system does not always reflect what is available on their online shop.

Disappointed that I did not receive my item, particularly as I redeemed vouchers to spend on this specific purchase. I now have vouchers that I can only use on their site for a product that is out of stock, or purchase something I do not require. Had their system reflected they had no stock, I would have purchased the device elsewhere during the sale.
