The boat should come within 5 working days,(its not hot season, its 18 April booked) but it takes more than a week!!! With this amount of shipping fee is too much!

I had a lot of questions and everyone at Oru that I chatted with was great. They were prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! My boat is also incredible so that rounded out a great experience.

I received my Beach LT 6 days ago, and discovered a torn back rest, and a front (bow) fairing that didn't fit. Have been trying to get somebody to help me all week. I have left 7 messages, texted 3 times, and emailed 3 times. I still have not heard from anybody. All I get is an answering machine, and plan on turning this over to the better business bureau. What kind of service will I get when I really have a problem!!
I think I like the kayak, but since I can't get it in the water until the problems are fixed, I won't know until I get some assistance.
Very frustrating.

Quick response to queries by email on matters not in the FAQs. Very quick delivery once order was placed - only a few days and I'm located in Australia!!
All the separate items were shipped together and all arrived in excellent condition.

Should be 4.99 stars. The only issue with the purchase process is that i didn't receive shipped notification. However it was a great surprise when the kayak arrived unannounced. The order was placed online from Australia on 10 feb and the kayak was delivered on 23 feb : a very good service. Correspondence with the support team was also excellent.

Customer service was excellent but it took a while for my order to be processed and shipped out (8 days between placing order and receiving “your order shipped” email).

We had some slightly different requests with our kayak order. Everything was handled in a very professional and expeditious manner. In short our requests were taken very seriously and handled to our satisfaction and immense pleasure. We must give a special thanks to Sam who went out of her way to give new meaning to the words "customer service".

The product is outstanding and the customer service of the folks at Oru matches the product!

This company charges you for their normal cost of business if you have a return. Including large fees to inspect your return even if it’s never used, and shipping both directions. Buyers beware - do not buy as a gift!

Awesome product. I was amazed at how sturdy it is given its extremely light weight. Very well thought out.
