I can not fault the service provided by Orwell Removals. This was the first time I had used a removal company and I wish I had used them for my previous 2 moves in the last few years. A quote was given and I happily accepted it as it seemed a fair price. I had a 3 man team and they turned up punctual on the morning of the removal as planned. Floor coverings were laid and I was amazed at how swift and carefully everything was packed into the van. The guys dismantled beds, disconnected the washing machine and took a sofa, fridge freezer and various other bedroom furniture to the new property and rebuilt and connected everything back up. I would happily recommend to others.

From first meeting to quote on removal, having to change dates they were very friendly and helpful. Team were efficient, helpful, friendly and made packing and moving day(s) as stress free as possible. We moved from a very narrow bridle path, but they managed to get their very large vehicle down without any problems. Furniture was loaded quickly and smoothly. Packing and removal was done carefully and any queries were checked with us before packing or removal. Again unloading was done quickly and efficiently. I know that moving can be a very stressful time but this team made it as easy and pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend using them.

We have recently moved with the help from Craig and his team, and the whole process was seamless. We received 3 quotes for removals but when Craig came and gave us a quote, we instantly choose to go with him. He explained everything in detail and put our minds at ease straight away. Excellent communication throughout and managed to fit us in within a week of completion. On the actual move day the whole team were extremely polite and professional, making sure they had everything we wanted them to take and carefully packed the vans. We had a little wait for the keys but they were understanding and still ensured all our belongings in the right room. I just wanted to let you know that you have sent an amazing pair of young men to bring my goods from storage down to Cornwall today.
They have gone above and beyond for me.
They have taken off the front door to get my sofa into the property, and following several different attempts to get the sofa up the stairs they took the arms off the sofa. They are putting the sofa back together as I am writing.
They even apologised for scuffing the paint on the stair wall!!!
They arrived on the dot, have carefully brought my belongings into the house and have remained pleasant and polite despite the obvious hard work and me fussing around.

I used Orwell Removals at the end of March and have no hesitation in recommending them. Craig initially came round to see what needed to be taken a couple of weeks before the move date and then provided me with a quote the same evening. Craig explained that protective covers would be put on the sofa and on the TV. The front door to the house would also be protected to avoid damage. I received a call a few days before they were due to come to say they were not able to meet the date in the diary but offered a solution as a compromise - my furniture and all other items were collected the day before I was moving out and was then stored for 2 nights (at no additional cost to me) before being delivered early to my new property on the Saturday. The team in the van were kind and curteous. Great service provided by Craig, Amanda and the team. Thank you!

Great service from Orwell Removals, booked at the last moment and was quite unsure what to expect. However they have some great reviews on their website and they certainly lived up to their great reputation.
Both Lee and Nick, our Removers were so polite, efficient and quick at both ends, making sure that we were satisfied with each boxes and furniture placement.
Then never left until we told them we were happy with their service and that they were great Ambassadors for the business.

A friendly, professional service with great communication from the quotation visit with Craig, to the booking with Amanda, to the actual day of moving. Craig and his team were amazing! They took care of my furniture and belongings and were polite and friendly throughout the day. It is clear this team work well together as they supported each other with light-hearted banter and good humour. They all worked incredibly hard to make my move smooth and efficient.
